United Kingdom | 19 August 2017Told them I could restart payments next month, they took £150 out my bank rang them and said they'd refund it on monday when it was cleared as it was their mistake now they've took another £150 today leaving me £300 down and they just keep telling me to wait. Disgusting customer service dodgey systems they'll leave you in debt.

United Kingdom | 09 August 2017Disgusted with quick quid and there costumer service and the business in general. The hole experience was so stressful. I believe they should be investigated as their clear goals are to rob people of more money than they initially borrowed. I spent most of my time chasing them about errors in a space of 2 months they had "3 errors". I wanted to pay of my balance and early this resulted in error after error. Coincidence???

United Kingdom | 08 August 2017Shocking company used them once or twice a year! and this time they took money out of my account without letting me know caused me to get in debt with my bank not once but twice!! they offer money back but not enough to cover my bank changers, and they want me to take time out of my life to show them proof with my bank!!

Ring back, wait on the line, get cut off due to no one available. Been trying to get through for almost 2 hours. All I want to do is update my bank details. They will be the ones moaning when they are unable to collect payment. Live chat is no help and I work doing live chat myself, ridiculous customer service. Won't be returning ever again, if you need a loan go to sunny/myjar

Hopefully whatever problems they are having, they can sort, and in the meantime, correct my account to show that I haven't had any money today. It would have been better customer service state there were problems so loans can not be issued.

Having made the Application it was on Hold Two Phone Calls Later I was Told it Would be in my Account by 7pm (7hrs 15 mins) from Application. NOTHING so it was Lies Telling me they were very Busy. Now Cancelled nearly 24hrs Later, I will not Return to Quickquid again. Always Paid them on Time in the Past so their Loss I'm Afraid.

There is also no benefit to paying early as you pay the same back regardless . really inflexible and unhelpful .... sunny or my jar are a million times better

I dint even know, i thought as i was not successful with the loan that was it. United Kingdom | 24 February 2017Quick quid offers a repayment schedule that allows two small repayments of the interest followed by the third payment of the full amount plus interest. This method almost guarantees a struggle on the final payment ( an amount that only increases the longer the repayment). As a customer you honor this repayment which is designed to make you struggle hoping you can borrow a smaller amount to equate for this. At which point you are denied another loan until a time you become desperate. Look to sunny or payday uk for reasonable measured repayments.

United Kingdom | 21 December 2016My mentally ill son took out a loan from them. As his career I have requested that they no longer hand out loans to him under the circumstances. Was told to send them a copy of his diagnosis to their resolution center and not to make any payments. Two weeks later they sent another demand plus interest costs. Made another call and explained it was in the hands of their resolution center and that I was told not to make any payments. They denied having told me that and stated that there was nothing they could do. They were rude and treated the situation unprofessionally. Even when I asked to speak to the manager he was just as rude and arrogant. Not to mention you have to put up with being called Mam throughout the conversation. All they want to do is make the biggest profit they can and they do not care how they do it. Total idiots!

Besides the fact that they will charge at least double the amount they lend you they will charge you £15 if you missed your payment by one day. My card was stolen and missed my payment by one day while i was waiting on a replacement card and they charged me £15 even though i called and informed them about the situation.They initially told me they can't do anything about it while the payment was still processing with my bank and that i should call back once the payment has cleared. When i called back they told me i will not get a refund because i agreed with the fee???!! wow The customer service also very rude . You will not be able to understand a thing they tell you as they sound very bored and barely open their mouths for full words to come out. Unnaceptable !

United Kingdom | 22 November 2016They required copies of bank statements to back up what I had claimed. I applied Saturday evening and did not get a decision until Tuesday lunch time when I called because I hadn't heard from them. Quick quid is not so quick!!!
