Someone subscribed to a loan under my identity with Quickquid!! How is that possible ? it's unacceptable, what kind of company doesn't need a contract and also, doesn't help you when you are the victim

Excellent for people who read agreement. If u need money when run out for example 3 or 4 days before your payday. For longer term not really, but is your choice. Ive need some money to cover overdraft 5 days before my wages, call to customer service, loan paid in one minute. 200£ for 5 days cost me only 6,5£. Recomendet for people who can read and understand. Not for brexiters ;)

My daughter has just paid £903 for a £550 loan in 4 months. She has learnt a valuable lesson. How do these people sleep at night?

Struggling to understand why you would use quickquid over 100% interest per month They may as well be a loan shark because anyone who would sign up you can't afford.it and you will only go more in debt... Please please please.. seek other ways and advice.....

I have taken out a pay day loan with quick quid 3 times since opening my account. Each time I paid quick quid back early. I have a good credit rating. I am employed full-time with a regular wage. I still live with my parents aside from paying them rent I have fewer bills than most people. I would guess that I am the type of customer that is low risk and I have a reliable proven track record with them. I applied to take out a loan with them on Monday for an unexpected trip abroad I need to pay for. I hadn't herd anything by Tuesday which was unusual (compared to my first 3 experiences). The lady I spoke to told me that it was taking longer than usual to process applications but that there was no issue and I just needed to wait. Yesterday (Thursday) I logged onto my quick quid account on the computer and my application was no longer pending so I checked my account but no money had been deposited. I rang them up to ask what was going on. I was told that it was withdrawn because they hadn't received documentation from me. I said 'I wasn't asked for any documentation'. They admitted that they had forgotten to ask/send me an email about this. I said I had called up on Tuesday to check and the lady I spoke to hadn't informed me of this. They agreed that it was an error on their part. I rang half an hour later to make a complaint. The man I spoke to convinced me to reapply for the loan assuring me it would be processed that day as long as I sent them a months worth of bank statements straight away. Mostly out of laziness and not wanting to fill out long forms for other companies I took him up on this. But by the end of the day I had herd nothing again. This morning I checked on my quick quid account to see if anything had changed and saw that I had been declined! I have taken out 3 previous loans with them and paid them back early. That I would say makes me a good reliable customer. My bank statements confirmed my monthly pay. I have a good credit rating. No reason was given my application being declined. I will NEVER AGAIN use quick quid. If this is how they treat loyal and reliable customers I am quite frankly disgusted. It took me 8 minutes today to apply for a loan from one of their competitors (for the same amount and less interest). It was in my bank straight away. I wish I had done this sooner as this delay has now caused me issues.

Illegally sourced our address trying to find someone else, and when questioned how they got our address my complaint hasn't been dealt with. They acknowledged it on 14th November, then messaged me on 12th December to say they were still processing the complaint, and then never replied. I've since complained again and it's been ignored. Absolute cretins that work at this so called 'company'. Don't be stupid enough to take out a loan with them.

Rang up to pay loan off in full early after missing one of my payments. I asked to pay the full balance of the loan and was quoted an amount that seemed about right considering the loan amount and the insane amount of interest they charge. A few days later I get a reminder that my account is still in arrears. I take it that the balance hasn’t cleared yet. A week later I get another email saying I’m in arrears still. So I ring them up to see what’s happening and apparently if you default they then ship this one payment to another department. So when I’ve called up to pay I’ve only paid the amount left on the balance due, not the whole account. Absolute con artists, so now I’ve still got another payment to make in which I’m getting charged interest on and it’s affecting my credit rating. They are that big a scumbag, that they would deliberately not let a person pay off a complete loan in full early, just so that they can charge you more interest and carry on pestering you with emails and calls. So angry it’s insane. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

So they missed my last payment (had plenty of money in my account) after waiting 3 weeks because they dont have a pay now on the website (ironically they have a pay now on their website after they missed the payment) i got charged and it goes against my clean credit scoring as a missed payment.joke and the customer service is worse they talk over you and at one point I thought i was put through to America. Never again!!! Lending stream and sunny in the future

Nothing ‘quick’ about them.. still waiting for approval, so much for ‘quick’ decision! Account has said pending FOREVER 🙄

I have said it before, I will do it again. It is despicable for people to use a source of money with clear conditions and then complain about the high interest. I prompt all the haters to remind themselves the relief they got when they received the monies. I have used QQ and P2P in the past. Sad personal circumstances led me to bankruptcy but this was not because of payday loans, or mobile contracts, or pay later or or, it was purely personal circumstances that put priority on family. What I am here to say is that QQ/P2P and another known lender were the only ones with empathetic approach to my situation. They did not press as some like to say, they worked with me, they accepted debt management plans, they put accounts on hold and at the end, they were very polite and sympathetic when I went bankrupt, a stage that no lender has to be compassionate about. Finally when I got out of my bankruptcy, they worked with me to correct my files and close my accounts. They did this promptly and again with empathy and being polite and responsible. I don't have words to explain how professional this company acts even at times they have nothing to get from you. To all the haters out there, payday loans are clear to their conditions, I would say more clear than a bottle of Whiskey is, and they both are available to you, legally. What you do with it, and if you use them responsibly, its your decision. Thank you QQ.

VERY UNTRUSTWORTHY! They have made settling my loan purposely difficult. I have paid this loan back 3 times now. Each time, 24 hours after submitting payment, the transactions were unacknowledged and the payment was refused without notice, allowing further arrears to be added to the final figure whilst I was led to believe the payment had been settled. Coupled with rude telephone agents, I have been told that I am in the wrong. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Took them 5 days to sort my loan out so not instant at all but customer service is bit better than stated by reviews online. Although, their responses on live chat are very scripted and sometimes not what you want or need. So far so good.

I don't recall finalizing a loan with them but still they send me some money and asked for it back plus some interest. Then they kept sending me mail every day, and even text messages. Very bad

I have had an unaffordable lending complaint upheld by and adjudicator at the financial Ombudsman service. QuickQuid have rejected their findings refusing to pay me what the Adjudicator believe I am owed and counter offering a poor amount to try and make me go away. I have rejected this poor offer and This has now moved to be looked at by an Ombudsman who I am told will most likely agree with the adjudicator. Quick quid prey on the vulnerable and refuse to put things right until they are left with no choice to pay the full compensation of a full interest refund. I lam looking forward to when they are forced to pay me back the £9k they owe me. Anyone else in a payday loan trap with these guys should complain immediately.
