I bought an Obaku watch 2 years ago and it keeps stopping. The first watch they sent to be fixed; it continued to stop keeping time and they gave me a new watch. This watch also stops periodically. It is not dependable. I change the battery every year.

Tried everything but I can't manage to order online. Every payment method ends up giving an error message. My emails to obaku are simply not responded to. Too bad.

Got a watch last christmas, first time I wore it the watchband fell apart, tried for 6 months to get it fix, even tried to purchase a new band. So watch looked nice company that makes them suck. If you want a watch that you can't wear then this is it

j'ai acheté une montre OBAKU (cadeau pour ma femme) séduit par son esthétique. la montre ne fonctionnait pas. je l'ai rapporté au magasin mais la vendeuse n'a rien pu faire. Elle a bien voulu me la changer mais elle n'avait pas le même modèle. Elle m'a donc donné l'adresse d'un autre revendeur de la marque dans une autre ville. Même problème avec le même modèle ! Peut être y a t'il une manœuvre particulière afin de faire fonctionner une montre neuve de la marque ? Les vendeuses ne savaient pas ! J'ai donc demandé un remboursement en y laissant 5%. (j'ai préféré sacrifier un doigt pour ne pas perdre une main). Merci de me répondre Cordialement

Bought my wife a Obaku watch as a gift from a respected retailer in South Africa. Just as the watch came out of the international warranty of 2 years all the numbers came loose from the watch face. She took great care of her watch but it seems like workmanship of Obaku watches are not up to standard. Unfortunately i had great expectations of this up comming brand but if your warranty is out you wil be left in the dark.

I have 3 Obaku watches and they are just wonderful! Understated elegance, hard wearing, beautifully designed and made. I have had absolutely no problems with any of my Obaku watches. Then to top it off they are very reasonably priced. Thank you Obaku, keep designing these gorgeous Danish watches.

I love this watch! I was given one, lost it and bought another!! It keeps time and was delivered in good time, it’s pretty, and the band doesn’t irritate my skin.

I fell in love with an Obaku design (the Ask - Cyan watch), but after buying it, it turned out that it was not in stock and would never be made again. I opted, then, for another design, the Havre Titanium of which only one was in stock. Luckily, I just received it, but it would be welcomed (and easy to do) to have the possibility of knowing if a design is sold out or if there is just a couple of them.

I had bought Obaku's Sol-Hazel watch for my daughter-in-law as a birthday gift and after her first wear, the rose bonze on the watch band became discolored and the leather band is all wrinkled up. I called first sent an email to Obaku asking for an exchange and no response. Then I called Obaku 4 times even left a voicemail and no response. What I decided to do next was just sent the watch back with a copy of my purchase receipt as proof and asked for an exchange...still waiting for their response. Really bad customer service here. I am totally disappointed in both the watch and the customer service. Thé clock is thé good one, Quick délivery. But 2 regrets: 1. No explain if thé clock is solar , mouvement, or else. 2. Thé battery was défect.

I ordered a watch for my husbands birthday quite late (only 5 working day in advance), while it was indicted delivery could take 5 - 7 working days. I was very pleased when the watch (nice gift box!) was within 4 days!
