Trouble free installation and no problems over the past year. The speed has been consistent and there have been no drop-outs. The app is very good, and extremely useful.

My email address needed to be amended, so I sent a mail to Lit requesting a change to a new one. I received confirmation within 2 minutes. That's the service I like, well done.

Iro helped resolving the Lit Fibre router issue after I needed to switch off (and on) the mains. He patiently advised me to replace the Ethernet cables, restart the router, to try different combinations. He said that a replacement would be sent as we couldn't resolve it on the call. I continued his advised (different combinations, restart, etc.) and it finally worked! Thanks a lot Iro, thanks a lot Lit Fibre!

I had referred my Dad to Litfibre but an error in the link meant Lit hadn't received it. When I emailed to report this Dina emailed me back straight away and arranged to call my Dad and arrange his connection. Very speedy service.

Just renewed with Lit, going from 500mbps (normally receiving 200mbps) to 1GB as it seemed like a good deal…. My speed has increased only to 250mbps max! Yet i am paying £8 more. This is nowhere near the speeds advertised and at no point was I told it would be so low, why would i bother paying extra to receive the speeds I would have received if i stayed on the 500mbps for cheaper?! Customer service are useless and do not help. I am currently getting legal advice to leave Lit as they have completely miss-sold me the service. *I have provided my information as requested. I was never informed that my broadband speed would barely increase. I was told it was 1000mbps. In what universe would anyone choose to pay extra to receive nearly the same speeds they were already receiving? I explained I was considering leaving Lit at the end of my previous contract for a broadband that guaranteed minimum speeds of 600mbps and was told i could stay and have 1000mbps for only a few pound more than the other company offered. Ofcourse I agreed to stay and accept the offer, how i regret it now and wish I had known. I was completely miss-sold this broadband.

Support team responsible and speedy help in right direction. As I am switched from B* Telecom, the billing and technical teams both superb than before in thousand times, where the previous one still making "mistakes" in extra termination billing even after several calls to their customer service teams for business boardband graded service!!

Great service, responded to me email query within half hour, confirming there was a connectivity issue to my work. PC. Phoned me when it was convient to me a couple of hours later and ser me up a dedicated WiFi network.

So far, a great experience. I moved from Virgin, who I used to think were great but have gone downhill in recent years to a new provider -lit fibre. I was recommended them by a neighbour, as we can’t get normal phone line full fibre. They installed it quickly and efficiently, the hub looked a bit naff, but it works perfectly. Better range and more responsive than the virgin hub I had. So far, very good.

An easy change over from my previous internet provider, and an even easier setup process. The engineers came on time and were done within an hour, my internet speeds have never been better! After installation I needed to change my payment date, I was contacted 25 minutes after I sent the email and the new date was setup on the same day. Can’t fault Lit Fibre, an excellent service with excellent customer service!!
