United Kingdom | 03 October 2024Lit fibre is the best. I just want internet that works consistently and when it does encounter a problem it's fixed quickly. Been with Lit for over three years and it does exactly that. We've only had it stop working a couple of times and both times, the problem was fixed quickly & on one occasion when it was a more complex fix, they automatically credited our account for the loss of connection. When it came to renew our contract, they lowered the price! We had an issue with one of our TV channels not working, (channel thought we were watching via a VPN), Lit had it fixed within 18hrs & would most likely of been quicker but I didn't contact them until about 4 in the afternoon. Please never change, customer service is second to none.

United Kingdom | 02 October 2024The worst Internet I ever had, 1gb download/upload they said, but actually I have only 14mb/s download/upload which is not working at all, everytime no Internet connection. I talk to the customers service and they did not fixed it for months, they just lied a manager will call me, but nobody contact me.

Iro was excellent at diagnosing the problem to the third party wifi booster that I was using which was limiting the speed I could get to that part of the house. Lit are sending me a mesh to trial free of charge to see if that will solve the problem. Very happy with the service.

United Kingdom | 30 September 2024Well been with lit only a few months and all I can say is they are useless I can't get Internet upstairs in my house because of the router and I get pack loss it drops out and what do they do nothing all they want to do is charge me more for a mesh system I'm disabled so always at home just had major surgery and I have to sit downstairs to use the Internet it's beyond a joke all I want to do is to be able to repair and chill with streaming a film etc etc but cam I do that nooooooo so angry and feel let down by this firm sky ain't great but can assure you they are better than these if I could give zero stars I would lit fibre you zhoukd be ashamed

The beginning months I always had decent speeds but now my speeds are sometimes around 100 or 200 when they should be 500. Sometimes they are so bad, I’m unable to load pages on the internet. I don't have anymore devices than when I first joined. Lit Fibre claim it’s just one of those things with the signal…

United Kingdom | 29 September 2024I have an issue with connectivity to some websites that go through one of the peering providers Lit Fibre use. After raising this with support I was told that they would not do anything until I replace my working Unifi router with the useless router Lit Fibre supplied (and from previous experience they would want Wi-Fi only going through their router and not the APs I have too). This would mean reconfiguring my network to get it working and suffering considerable performance issues (I used to use the router when first using Lit Fibre so know how poor it is). To assist Lit Fibre I provided a number of traces showing considerable packet loss between 30 and 90% when they peer through one supplier and zero packet loss when connections go through a different peer. This is apparently not helpful unless it is done through their router. I have always had sporadic issues with IPv6 connectivity but found disabling this on the router (regardless of whether it is my own or the one Lit provided) gave me a working connection again. Not this time though and Lit Fibre failed to fix it when reported to them. Since pure IPv6 connections are still rare, I was happy to let that go as the rest of the connection worked, but not now. This is the first real issue I have had that could not be resolved by me (since it is deeper in the Lit Fibre peering) and the experience has made me wish I had not renewed my contract with them recently. They used to be responsive and helpful (even sayng they had no issues with 3rd party routers being used, but wouldn't support the router itself). Now it appears they are saying they won't support a connection that uses a 3rd party router or Wi-Fi setup.
