Ive had no issues since being with Lit Fibre. Just as my contract was about to run out (which i had forgotten about). I had had a phone call to tell me and let me know that they could do a new deal at a cheaper rate. Cant fault there customer service. Great company. Would highly recommend.

Internet service is good, been with them since them came to town. No loyalty when it comes to renewing, retention team non existent with no will to price match. cut my service off 2 weeks before requested date and been unless in helping to reconnect
