Since then signals have improved tremendously and there is no issue of weak signal anywhere in our house. The support provided for this issue was timely and excellent. It was always nice to communicate with Ian during this time.

United Kingdom | 18 July 2024Shocking communication. Booked the day off work and agreed install date 05/08 so i can be there to advise engineer on location of drilling into my property. Why on earth have they turned up unannounced 18/07 ? There is a gas pipe and radiator behind the old redundant BT cover. This would have been a disaster had i not been able to stop them drilling via my ring doorbell. To think i was going to enter a 24month contract with a company that cant follow simple instructions. Very disappointed they seem to be in a rush to get the install done without a care in world for peoples property or requirements. Ive now cancelled and staying with virgin media. Update(Customer support has been in touch. Hopefully turning this problem around.)

United Kingdom | 17 July 2024Update** The installion lasted week. Another engineer was sent out suggesting it hasn't been done properly. New holes were made. Done in July so just over 2 months the Internet has gone down in total 5 times! I work from home. Never spent so much time calling and emailling an internet provider :(. Engineer has been sent out. Hoping this resolved this issue. Thanks to Ian for helping when I've caleb numerous times.
