Unfortunately it doesn't seem like it is ever going to happen but Neil has been kind enough to explain the reasons along the way and due to the helpful way Neil has communicated with me and the overall good customer service that Lit Fibre has, I've recommended Lit to many family and friends and will continue to do so.

United Kingdom | 06 August 2024This review is for litfibre not the individual engineers, they were 5 stars. We only got it on Monday and by Friday the same week our internet stopped working. We called but had to wait over the weekend without internet as they were only able to come fix the issue on Monday. The issue was that we (husband and I) both work from home and it was a massive inconvenience.

United Kingdom | 02 August 2024What a refreshing start to what I hope is a long relationship. Over the years I have used both Virgin and Other broadband services. So far I have to say from a customer service view your pre installation engineer turned up 2 days before the install to make sure there were no surprises ✔️ then on the install day the engineer called to ask if I wanted an earlier appointment which was great ✔️. Both the pre-installation engineer and the installation engineer picked up on the fact that I didn’t want to see cables inside or out. They both consulted with me to find the best cable routes and the solutions mean cables are hidden. The broadband speeds are as advertised 1gb up and down the price is the same as I was paying sky for 70mb. It’s a no brainer. Assuming the prices don’t increase too much at my renewal in 24 I’m a very happy customer.

He found the issue, fixed it and then made a few alterations to prevent it happening again. He was very polite and helpful and was a pleasure to meet.

United Kingdom | 01 August 2024I was booked in for a Lit installation and changed the date a couple of times, and then ended up cancelling for unforeseen reasons. Despite not even actually paying Lit anything in the end, their customer support agent Meria was extremely prompt and polite in addressing my issues. I've also heard good things about Lit from my neighbours, who all have the service. I'd be happy to switch to them in future.
