I had to call daily, even multiple times a day for technical support. Initial slow to answer, taking more taking 24 hours to have a response. On the last day the replies were much more timely and the problem was solved.

Excellent no wait or hassle prompt customer service and technical support. I have tried other providers and Lit beats them hands down on quality of service and consistently excellent broadband delivery every time

Apart from the very occasional drop out witch is normally back on in a minute or two. The only thing I could "kinda" moan about is I thought the signal would go further than it does. Apart from that, cracking firm all round 100% on customer service. All round pukka. 5 stars.

I've been with LiT Fibre for 6 months and honestly I cannot fault the service. I have twice needed to contact support, the first time with help to configure a VOIP phone which I was having some difficulty setting up, they were excellent and all was fixed in about 5 minutes. Most recently I had an Android app that just refused to work when connected via LiT. Now, this is very poor app design by the vendor and nothing to do with LiT but even so, I started a chat with Iriney H to see if he could help diagnose the issue. How refreshing to find the first point of contact knows what they're talking about. We talked NAT, DNS, MAC Binding, Firewalls and not once was I "put on hold" (imagine Virgin Media or Sky trying to help with a complex query like this!). In the end we suspected I might have to get a static IP address to get the problem app working. Oh dear, I thought. How long will this take and will it even work? No problem, said Iriney, and it was done there and then and left for me to test. So now my app is working and I have a static IP until such time as the developer learns how to code his app properly. I can't recommend LiT enough, great broadband and even better support. Thanks folks.
