United Kingdom | 23 September 2024I've had lit now for 2 years. Now I'm getting the internet drop out (intermittent) this seems to happen late at night. But when I contact lit support, they test the connection and say nothing is wrong it must be a problem with your equipment. As I've have many different computers, tablet and mobile phone to access not online at the same time. All seems to have the same problem. Now look at other providers as lit just pass the blame back to your equipment.

Today called customer service and RIO attended me, he was amazing, sorted my questions and gave me a fair quote for my renewal. He was friendly and strived to go beyond the mile to call me back to have enough time to rethink what we discussed. Because of people like Rio on the other side of the service I choose to stay with LitFibre!

Based on this I will be moving to Lit away from BT mid October.

United Kingdom | 18 September 2024I have had fibre to my new home for the past 6 years. What should have been 1 hours work at most has now turned into a complete disaster which is costing me money in more ways than one. After 3 hours of two engineers trying to feed new fibre to my home I now have no working broadband at all. In the process of trying to install their own fibre they managed to break my existing BT fibre which has been working for 6 years. The engineers left and told me to contact customer service. Customer service had no answers for me and then sent me a stock email saying they are sending a blockage team which will be 10 working days. So at this point I have no means to access the internet and is costing me money because I work from home and still paying for BT Fibre which I can't use because LitFibre broke it in the process. Oh and an open ended date of when this will all be resolved. Customer service is only as good as a response in times of crisis. The silence speaks volumes.

As a long standing Virgin Media customer (20+ years) I was nervous about switching to a new company scarcely known, but it's been amazing all they way. Blisteringly fast speeds, excellent customer service and very fair pricing. Shame I wasn't able to switch years ago !!

The service is an order of magnitude better than my previous providers of Virgin and BT. Two years down the line I have resigned with them for an extra two years at half the price of my previous Virgin contract.
