My only issue is occasional connection issue to old PC upstairs. Straightforward to resolve and likely due to PC wireless card. Otherwise 18 months consistent service.

As I write this review I'm stuck at home waiting for an engineer who was supposed to turn up ages ago. No courtesy call to explain they're running late. Just silence. The only reason the engineer is coming is because they installed the wrong router in the first place. My 1000Mbps connection only ever runs at around 920Mbps and that is measured from their own app. In fact the true difference is negligible over my previous ADSL line. And before you wonder. My WiFi and range extenders are all correctly configured. Not impressed to be honest.

Peter was awesome! Took the time to explain how the installation would go. Listened to my concerns about hiding unsightly wires along the front of the house. Very neat job and very pleased.

Everything leading upto the install was great and then the install continued this by being smooth and professional, I was fully informed all the way through the process. It is clear that the engineers at Lit communicate with each other and it pays off well, excellent teamwork by Lit Fibre. Thanks to Chris R for a job well done.

Chris, the engineer, called 15 mins before he arrived. He was polite, quick doing his work and very good customer service levels. Good work Chris! Shame the equipment he was given to install the new fibre was an older router - but that’s not his fault. More the company for not having what I signed up for!

Called customer services to renew my contract, got through to an advisor within 30 seconds. Contract renewed, no hassle. Very down to earth and honest service. Been with Lit since their launch 2 years ago. Highly recommend!
