Couldn't be happier with how the guys at Goodmove have handled my sale. I can highly recommend the whole team at Goodmove. Our sale turned out to be not as straight forward as we had hoped due to a missing Freeholder who Goodmove's solicitor Charles finally found! Katie and Dalia in the office and Tony who came to do the viewings were all so kind helpful and supportive through the whole process I always felt we were getting the best and most honest advice.

Well, when you find your dream home and haven't even marketed your own what do you do. Well you do what we did and call Goodmove. Now I thought we would get our cash offer direct but our property wasn't suitable but the team told us not to panic and to give them 2 weeks and they could get us a buyer. I was skeptical but by the end of the first week we had 3 viewings on the Saturday and then we were SSTC on the Monday. This meant we could carry on and progress our dream. Our Solicitor costs were covered as were any other little bits like EPC. I have to give a special shout out to Zoe who looked after us and progressed the sale and kept us informed all the time. I will miss our regular chats. Also to Robbie who conducted the viewings and was there on hand throughout to help guide us through paperwork etc. I will be 100% honest and say this is not the route for everyone as you do get a lower value than via traditional estate agents, but then again you don't pay the fees. Very Simple Process, no hassle, did what they say they would do. all around good service.

I was reluctant to use this kind of company at first thinking this is too good to be true. Actually it is not. This company supported us every step of the way. In particular Adam who always called back as soon as able. We took a little bit less due to a property in the area being valued. But it was worth it due to the smooth transaction. There were delays but not down to this company. They did what it said on the tin. Really happy with the service and would recommend.
