Just taken delivery of a Samsung washing machine from Stuart Westmoreland in Melton Mowbray. I ordered it late on Saturday afternoon and it was delivered the following Wednesday. Brian and Dan did an excellent job in installing the new machine and took away the old one with the minimum of fuss. All in all, as always, brilliant service and a pleasure to deal with.

I ordered an oven on Monday afternoon, it was delivered to the shop on Leicester Rd. on the Tuesday, Tim rang me when it was in stock, he was really polite and nice, a pleasure to deal with. Tim and another gentleman then put the oven in the car for me. Nothing was too much trouble for either of them, they are a great credit to the company.

Excellent service in the shop for the purchase. Also excellent service from Brian and Jack for the not so straightforward installation of the replacement dishwasher. (Bosch appear to have changed their standard size sometime in the last 15 years)

I couldn't believe how quickly our Dyson arrived. the next day! It is well packaged and looks untouched...but we haven't used it yet as it is a present for our granddaughter but hopefully she will 'enjoy' cleaning with it.

I've not dealt with this company before but I'm very pleased with the quality service I've received. The website worked effectively and the product was delivered next day as promised by DPD. The price was very competitive and cheaper than Amazon where my initial enquiry was sent to (con) by £20. I've not used the machine, a bread maker as yet. So far, so very good.
