I contacted the Loughborough branch to order an appliance, they were very apologetic as they did not have one in stock. Two to three weeks was a time given that they could supply the unit, that was fine for me, so I placed the order. One week later I was called and told the Melton branch had received one in and if I would like that one they would deliver it free of charge the next day. The following day as promised the delivery was made by a very polite and helpful driver, which echoed the reception from all the staff I had dealt with. Dealing with a small independent business like Stuart Westmoreland offers a degree of service not seen in the larger shops. I would definitely recommend highly.

Easy to order and item price was lowest found on internet. Only slight problem was at the time of payment I was unable to process with credit card but this may not have been a problem with Stuart Westmoreland website. In essence if order delivery etc. progress without any issues will return in the future.

I purchased a washing machine, and right from the start the salesperson, Chris Brandon was so polite and very helpful, even the small details of opening the shop door was very rare, as you would not get that in most stores today. I must thank Brian & Jack for all the help and support removing the old and connecting the new washing machine, they went above and beyond what they had to do, regarding the plumbing side of things, I could not speak more highly of them. I would certainly purchase from this shop again.

I bought a Dyson V7 cleaner. I know they are good because I sold them from the launch of the DC01. The price was competitive and the delivery service quick and punctual.

Excellent service from point of sale (great help and advice offered in the Melton store) to delivery and fitting. I had my new washing machine fitted today by Brian and Jack. Called me ahead of arrival, lovely and helpful guys. They had to fix a plumbing issue the house builder had caused to get my machine fitted, but all in and working great. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing appliances local to Melton Mowbray.

I ordered a new dishwasher on Wednesday and was able to get it fitted on Saturday so extremely happy with the service. The fitters Brian and Jack called me as promised, to let me know when they were arriving. They were very professional, efficient, worked cleanly and took great pains to ensure the new integrated appliance fitted correctly within the existing housing. Great job!

Having traded with Stuart Westmoreland for many years this is the first time we have purchased white goods from them. The service in the shop was second to none and they could not have been more helpful. we arranged to have the integrated refrigerator installed and the old one taken away. The fitters Benn & Ian were most polite and keen to do a first rate job which they certainly did leaving everywhere cleared clean & tidy.

Wow! I was a little nervous about spending a large sum with an internet company that I had not heard of but the purchase was fantastic. Dyson V7 ordered 3pm for £50 less than well known high street retailer. It arrived 20 hours later at 11am next morning, free postage and with add on accessories worth around another £50. I am very happy.
