We have been purchasing household appliances from the Melton Mowbray Stuart Westmoreland for several years now. It is a pleasure to be able to support a local business, and we return time and again because of the excellent, friendly customer service as well as the quality of the products. Graeme is always a delight to deal with and was as helpful as ever when we had to order a new washing machine last week. Benn and Ian, who delivered and installed it yesterday, were equally lovely. They were personable, unobtrusive (the old machine seemed to disappear as if by magic!), and conscientious; and they clearly took pride in their work. They were very familiar with the new machine and went the extra mile to offer helpful tips, explain special features, and facilitate our registration of the product. Thank you to the whole team!

Excellent service from Loughborough branch, bought a new integrated washing machine over the Christmas break, astonished that their team could fit it on new year's eve, brilliant service, very professional, full marks, no wonder this is one of many purchases, TV, hi fi, cameras etc from this local company.

Set of Stellar pans arrive today, in time for Xmas. We have an old set but the exposed aluminium base was wearing away leaving a sharp stainless steel base layer. So decide to splash out for a new set. They are brilliant pans so easy to keep clean, and now no need to worry about using in the dishwasher. Thank you for a really great price into the bargain.

We have had Stuart Westmoreland install our new Sony TV on the wall and were really pleased with the end result. The technician consulted us through every stage of the process. We wanted all wires/cables to be concealed and this was achieved. We will recommend the company to anyone who requires this type of installation. A very good job!!

Very helpful staff in the Loughborough shop (Tim) who had a good product knowledge but was not pushy with it. The delivery & installation service was excellent for our washing machine, it was within the time slot (just), the two guys (Benn & Ian) were polite, quick, efficient and cleaned up any mess that was incurred. I was amazed how quick it took to disconnect & remove the old machine and install the new one. Benn was very knowledgably about the operation of the product and explained clearly to us how the machine worked. Nice to support a local friendly business rather than faceless national chain.

My tv ‘died’ on Tuesday evening. I had a tv engineer round on Wednesday at about 4.30 and he said it couldn’t be repaired. I rang Stuart Westmoreland at 5.15 and Chris delivered a new tv today (Thursday). He set it all up and took my old one away. Absolutely brilliant service. They are such a pleasant company to deal with. If there was a 10 stars option I would give them that!

Well they rang me so I could leave work and be there for the delivery. They get there and within ten to fifteen minutes they were sorted with the old cooker out and new one ready to go in .gas man was good he turned up and done all his work then they wired up our cooker and said what to do. then left with all the rubbish as well. Could not have asked for a better service thank you very much

Jack and Brian delivered a Bosch Fridge Freezer to me today. Because of built -in additions completed after the installation of my original American style Fridge Freezer it was impossible for them to remove the original unless they completely dismantled a six foot length bench table and an electric wall heater. Additionally they had to remove the original doors and other external fittings. They were brilliant. They worked out their approach and they did the job in a highly professional manner. After installation they dutifully replaced the bench table and wall heater and left my utility room in clean and tidy good order. First Class gentlemen
