The colleagues at the Melton Mowbray branch were knowledgeable and found their service right down to the delivery of the appliance I purchased very helpful. We ordered our new cooker from Stuart Westmoreland in Loughborough. We dealt with the store manager, Tim. He couldn't have been more helpful with his advice and organisation. When we had to delay delivery the cooker was stored for us until we found a convenient date. The two fitters were also extremely helpful and went out of their way to source more cable to ensure that it could be installed on the day. We are extremely satisfied with our service and would use the company again for electrical goods.

Brian and Ciaran have just left after fitting our new Blomberg dishwasher. Having overcome significant obstacles left by recent kitchen fitters they worked calmly, professionally and courteously. We look forward to a trouble-free time with our new machine. Highly recommended.

Plumbing in of new washing machine and removal of old machine. Great service, well worth the money and hassle free. The access to the plumbing was a little complicated but Ciaron and Brian were polite and professional and solved the problem in no time.
