I had never heard of this company until I googled le creuset pans. They were the cheapest I could find. A rival store was £100 dearer for the same pans. I placed my order on Saturday but on pan it said would need to be ordered taking 5 days. I received an dispatch email on the Monday and the pans were delivered on Tuesday. I then got another despatch email for the pan that was on order and that was delivered on the Wednesday. I’m really happy with the pans and the fantastic service. I would recommend them to anybody and I won’t hesitate to purchase from them again in the future.

I had my new washing machine delivered and installed yesterday. I ordered it and paid on the phone. Graham in the shop was extremely helpful so too were the team who delivered it, installed it and took the old one away. They were efficient and quick, helpful and covid secure!

Hi there I had a pleasant experience dealing with this company under lockdown conditions, They were prompt with handling my purchase and delivery was quick.

I found the website the easiest to use ever, although it had a blip at the time so I phoned and after a chat with Stuart placed my order he was efficient and pleasant to deal with, apologised that it might take a few days to deliver my carpet washer, It arrived the next day.
