Absolutely the best service I could ask for have I have recommended to many friends

Pierce the engineer to fitted out the alarm was excellent and explained everything on the app and the keypad very clearly and was very helpful. It's definitely advance on the alarm systems of 20+years ago and I feel safe in my own home. From the start on the phone to Home Secure to the fitting etc, brilliant job and very clean too. No mess. Highly recommend and affordable too.

Every thing went according to plan. The installation was very straight forward. The installer was very helpful. Hopefully I will learn how to live with the system

Sales person and engineer of different opinion as to what's needed. To get full house covered is far more expensive than l was led to believe. Went for more expensive option and we are now well covered.

I like that they were not pushy and were not forcing to upgrade and buy further add-ons.

Hello, for security in the house it is good, but what is installed outside on the wall above does not seem to work, that is (we have no LED lighting and it is the impression from the outside when you look at the house, as if it does not even work, but it would be desirable. If something could be changed to remove the LED, that would be great, thank you very much

Today i had my home fitted with a homesecure alarm by Paul .He made it a very pleasant and knowledgeable experience for me .I am not technical in any way so 10 out of 10 for his patience helping me to understand my new alarm system .Also he went into great detail explaining the best way for me to protect my home ,fire sensors and window sensors .ect..I was so delighted ,i added more to my previous order with bradley .Also a lovely guy on the sales team .All in all i was delighted with my new home alarm system and cannot thank Paul enough for his expertise and patience. 100%recommending this compant to my family and friends .

A bit early yet but the guy Maurice who put aall the security into the house was very good and explained everything and when I had a problem he was at the other end of the phone and nothing was a problem.
