After doing quite a bit of research I took the plunge and ordered a pergola from Harbour. They were the only ones that could deliver in a reasonable time frame. Arrived as promised really good comms and looks well packed. The delivery came on time and a two person team stacked everything neatly in my garage. All I need now is a dry day to open the box and get it up.

Fantastic product. Really happy with the quality . Had a small issue with one of the blinds that Harbour Lifestyle sorted out quick smart. Professional and friendly company to deal with. No hesitation using them again.

Arranged to visit the Harbour showroom on Sunday evening and managed to get an eleven o’clock appointment for Monday morning. Jade greeted me at the showroom with a welcome coffee and explained all about what was on offer, she explained everything in great detail and answered all my questions. What I was impressed with is that at no time at all did I feel I was being pressure sold. I have to measure up and make sure the Pergola will fit in the space I have, and if it does I’ll be placing my order very soon.

The installers arrived at exactly the time stated and they assembled 4m x 3m pergola in about 2 hours and they made a very good job of it. There was one snag and that was the 4metre blind had a slight manufacturing fault so the installers took it away and ordered a replacement which was delivered and fitted a few days later. Excellent service. After the installation was completed they removed all of the packaging and took it away with them. The pergola is a great addition to our garden, it looks terrific and it is very well made. We are really pleased with it. Zach in customer services was very helpful,keeping us informed about the delivery and installation date and times and also sorted out the replacement blind for us. All in all a very good service and would highly recommend Harbour Lifestyle.

I recently bought a 4 x 3 wood effect Pergola and couldn’t be happier with it. Had to speak to customer services on a couple of occasions and they were more than helpful. In fact I recently rang Lauren who was amazing at sourcing a new remote after we had lost our original one . Thanks everyone at Harbour you are amazing.

We bought a beautiful corner unit and table, which also has a firepit, in early April. We really like the furniture, it's very stylish and high quality. We encountered an issue with the fire pit, and after some back and forth with the company - thank you, Tez, you were very, very helpful the issue has been fixed. My measure of a good company is how they treat you when things go wrong. Tez and the team at Harbourlifestyle passed and exceeded this test! Thank you!

Great show lots of beautiful products to see a great young lady showed me around and me and about everything which was great and very interesting to see the things like garden furniture and barbecues only thing a can complain about it just felt I was being rushed but everything else was just amazing and the choices of things was out of this world I was there for only 15 minutes having a look around

We’ve recently had our garden landscaped, levelled, patio and deck built etc. We purchased a pergola 4x3m one from HarbourLifestyle as well as an outdoor corner sofa and coffee table. Myself and a friend built the pergola, which took around 4 hours. It wasn’t difficult to build, just time consuming. Unboxing and unwrapping took 25-30% of the time. The pergola is very heavy so make sure you build in the location where the pergola is going to be fixed to the ground. Our experiences have been very positive. The products are well built and reasonably priced. The delivery team were also friendly and carried the heavy boxes into our garage for storage until we were ready for building.

All was good and then your delivery company spoiled the experience. I asked if they could take the cardboard away and then I was put through to an unpleasant woman at Furdeco Delivery HQ - who was aggressive and unnecessarily rude and unpleasant.

Spent hours doing my homework & searching the internet for a pergola after seeing one built in a garden nearby. Ordered a 3m x 3m Grey pergola from Harbour Lifestyle & we are delighted with the final outcome. It wasn't without it's hurdles, as the final location we decided on wasn't completely level. So had to do a bit of groundwork first. Secondly, one of the blinds had very small dents every 20/ 30cm, as if something had been caught in the blind during manufacturing. I contacted Harbour via whatsapp about my issue and within a week, i had a replacement blind issued with apologies. I can honestly say, the customer service i recieved was superb & i was put at ease straight away with the blind issue. Good quality product, sleak and modern looking & easy to assemble (when on a flat surface). My only critisicm/ feedback, would be off the back of that. To possibly incorporate adjustable legs. Although i understand that may compromise in the strength/ structure of the frame. All in all though, delighted.
