Really pleased with our pergola, excellent customer service strongly recommend

Bought a lean to pergola from them . The pergola is of a good standard but the installation instructions are appalling . The instructions and videos are all for freestanding pergolas . Have asked on multiple occasions for wiring diagrams for the lights but despite promises to email them they have never arrived . Paid 3000 for this and feel the after service is shocking . Avoid like the plague .

After much research and looking at a few different retailers we decided to buy a new aluminium pergola from Harbour. We were happy with the price but the info provided seemed better than the others. I’m delighted we did, ahead of delivery they sent us pre information and self build info so we could start prepping for delivery. Our toddler ‘mis-placed’ a key part so we phoned to buy a replacement but they provided a new one free of charge which was greatly appreciated and reassuring.

Resolved the issue over the phone and sent me a paint pen free of charge to fix the scratch on the table leg

Outdoor Rugs. I purchased a circular outdoor rug for my glass room and was so pleased with it that I instantly purchased a 2nd rectangular run for the other end. They were not exact matches but co-ordinated nicely and I was so pleased with the first one that I was determined to buy a 2nd even though they didn't do the same rug in the shape I wanted. Would thoroughly recommend.

After much research I ordered a Yosemite 4 seat teak furniture set. The shipment arrived but unfortunately some items were damaged. I contacted customer services and was sent replacements for the damaged items. It has taken a few weeks for it all to be sorted out but I cannot fault the support given by Siana and the furniture is beautiful.

We finally have our furniture after 16 days of placing our order. Unfortunately not the best experience mainly with the delivery company but unfortunately this still impacts the company for choosing them. The day we received our furniture was told they were not assembling even though I paid for assembly service, was apologised to by harbour lifestyle and was told they would assemble the next day, 2 gentleman showed up with no clue how to assemble and spent 3 hours not even halfway through said they had to leave and would send someone the next day, then they arrive and say it’s all been assembled incorrectly and would be dangerous to use! Then had to wait another week for this issue to be rectified, had to have all the furniture replaced and re-assembled which has now finally been done! Unfortunately not the best experience and what should have been so easy and ‘stress free’ paying for assembly service ended up being very stressful and also very time wasting waiting around for deliveries etc which obviously has affected our work and income. Harbour lifestyle did not offer to refund any money not even the assembly service and when I did mention it I didn’t get anything back and had to do a lot of chasing regarding the furniture being replaced. The furniture is nice but I think I would reconsider purchasing again and especially paying £179 for assembly service after the total mess up.

Received a broken garden sofa set table & despite reporting about it over 2-3 weeks ago, still haven't received any resolution on it (was not expecting such an issue with a relatively expensive product) - personally disappointed :(

The customer service experience was great, when I ordered a parasol which unfortunately was damaged, I telephoned and my call was taken by Lauren, the issue was dealt with effectively and promptly, I have now received the new parasol which I am looking forward to using.

They were easy to deal with and reasonable with my request. Delivery was prompt.

I received the delivery without any delay. The pergola arrive extremely well packed. The assembly instructions are very well written making the assembly stress free. You will need two people to do the assembly. Every part fits like a glove, extremely well made with a beautiful finish. It looks amazing with the lights , and can be used even in a chilly evening with the supplied heater. Unfortunately I could only give five stars, If it was up to me I would definitely have given Harbourlifestyle ten stars.
