Amazing product and delivery - can only highly recommend Harbour lifestyle. The only thing might be around the winter cover - it doesn’t quite fit tightly for windy weather.

Great product. My wife and I installed it ourselves following a video on YouTube. The instructions that came with the pergola were a waste of time. The customer service team were helpful but sent us the wrong videos and the heater contained parts that were not required or covered in the instructions which was confusing. Really pleased overall, just a couple of snags that need addressing. Thanks

First of all delivery was a lot quicker than advised when ordering (2 working days)! Within an hour of receiving my patio parasol I emailed customer service to advise of a very slight problem, I had an immediate response that a replacement would be sent right away and to dispose of the original parasol. This is just amazing customer service, something that is sadly lacking in this day and age. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Harbourlifestyle, you won’t be disappointed!

Having needed to contact customer services about a remote to our pergola lighting system. We found their service friendly, professional and efficient. We love our Harbour Pergola and it's good to know the company behind the product is great too.

It has been 11 working days since I placed my order. The seller has not even sent it to harbour lifestyle yet to be sent out to myself. The item shows it is in stock on the website! Very disappointing service.

I bought the Large Storage Bag to store all my garden cushions in the house during the winter, but I also bought it to fit inside the Santiago Rattan Storage Box I bought two weeks ago. It fits inside perfectly and, although possibly not necessary during the summer to protect garden cushions, it adds an extra layer of protection from September to November when cushions are in more than they are out. I would add that I made 5 scatter cushions which are not water-resistant and so need more protection.

This company always answered emails, answered all or questions. The service from paying to delivery was amazing. The actual gazebo is first class, absolutely worth every penny. Everyone who has seen ours, has been wowed by it. The lights and the heater as wonderful. All in all one of the greatest things we have purchased.

From start to finish everything went like clock work. The pergola was delivered as promised and was really well packaged. After waiting for some decent weather I erected the pergola and was well impressed by the quality of the product and ease of assembly so am very happy with my purchase.
