Brilliant outdoor/indoor rugs. Needed some indoor/outdoor rugs for our patio and of a decent quality, it at a reasonable price. Harbour Lifestyle had a good range and reasonable price. I must have been overwhelmed with the discounts (at the time of ordering) and the free heater when placing the order, so I was totally unaware that there was an option for installation. It only came to my attention during the search for a contractor, after the delivery. Upon contacting Harbour Lifestyle to see if they’d entertain installation after purchasing, HL promptly put me in touch with their affiliate, Vain Pergola Installs. VPI responded in no time, guiding me to provide vital information necessary for a smooth installation. I only had to follow simple, yet detailed instructions. The cost and installation date were swiftly arranged and agreed upon. Not only was the team of VPI punctual, systematic, efficient, and organized, but they also offered sound advice on the Do’s and Don’ts. VPI also left the site so tidy that a quick sweep was all it needed. The packaging cardboards, etc., were left neatly in one stack for my convenience. Overall, it was a very pleasant shopping experience with Harbour Lifestyle. I, too, am glad to witness and receive the high level of professionalism displayed by Vain Pergola Installs.

The delivery team was rude and unprofessional. The rising table is not user friendly. I would not buy from Harbour again.

We bought our garden furniture from Harbour lifestyle and we love it. It’s sturdy beautiful and adds that element of luxury we needed in our garden. I wanna specially mention Jordan who was incredible in resolving any issues that we might have had along the process. He was extremely efficient and prompt in dealing with my queries and sorted it all out. Highly recommend.

Firstly delivery was so fast and we’re absolutely delighted with the quality and look of our new dining set. Would recommend to anyone looking for high quality outdoor furniture.

We bought the Pier Extending Dining Table with Teak Top last year but unfortunately had an issue with the top warping. Harbour were straight on the case with Adrienn taking care of the issue. She sourced a new top from the overseas manufacturer and kept us regularly informed of its manufacture and shipping via emails and phone calls. Having run a furniture retail company myself I know that quality customer service when issues (inevitably) arise is the way to a loyal customer base. Well done. Will highly recommend.

I recently gave Harbour a 1 star rating, I have deleted the review as I gave it to Harbour by mistake, it was a different company who had peed me off massively. Harbour have in fact been the exact opposite and I can’t recommend them and their products highly enough. To the team at Harbour my apologies for the earlier review

Everything thing about ordering the Pergola, to the delivery of product was exemplary! Communication was excellent! The product arrived within 10 days as stated. All components where included with the delivery! Which might seem like (well ,so they should be). But, the amount of times you here that something was missing and it has delayed the start of build is annoying. I would say that the build instructions leave a lot to be desired. But watching the video and using the manual. We managed to set up the Pergola. The Pergola is made of solid materials and is very sturdy when set up. I chose the antheocite(dark grey). It looks very pleasing! The 4mtr x 3mtr Pergola came with three blinds 2 x 3 mtr and 1 x 4mtr, these where included in the price. This left one 4mtr side open. The price for a single 4mtr blind was, I thought, quite pricey. So I opted to order sliding glass doors. This proved to be a very wise decision. Harbour Lifestyle did not supply sliding glass doors. I ordered and paid for the doors, initially expensive. Before they had been delivered, I noticed that the company had reduced the price of the doors in a 'half price sale' I emailed the company and explained my situation. Without any qualms, they refunded me the money! Bonus. This made the doors near enough the same price as the 4mtr blind. The doors arrived on time and we managed, again to install ourselves. The end product, with new furniture looks outstanding. It is good when a plan comes together. I will add that the Pergola came with a heater and lighting. Which again are both quality items!

Not erected my 4x4 pergola yet as just laying my patio but the service was 1st class from answering my questions to delivery, would highly recommend.

Good around experience and great product

It's important to be able to see and feel what you're buying, and have the time and space to do it. The showroom with a dedicated appointment enables you to consider choices and get help when you need it.

Paid a bit more than I usually do for a swing chair and it was well worth it . The chair is sturdy but light and extremely comfortable. Looks great and assembly was easy .

Travelled from Yorkshire and wasn’t sure what to expect, delighted to say we weren’t disappointed. Great range of stunning furniture beautifully displayed over 2 floors. Jade was incredibly helpful and walked us through each item of interest. Delighted with our purchases and a worthwhile trip. Highly recommend
