Ordered pergola in August, erected by your company. To date have had fitters back to solve issues on 4 occasions (some of which they arranged then cancelled on the day after us having to take annual leave so they could come). Put full complaint in writing, response said would get £200 refund. Refund then advised would be with us in 7 days of £150. Went to use drop side again yesterday and yet again 2 of the blinds have come straight out of their runners. Am now at a point where will be reporting to trading standards. Absolutely disgusted!

Great products and the support team were amazing. I bought a Pergola from them in the summer, fantastic quality! Really enjoying it and would recommend! Unfortunately the remote for the LED strip broke last week, but they were incredibly quick at sorting it for me and sent a new one by first class post. Super helpful and kind team, will recommend!

We purchased one of these pergolas from Harbour Lifestyle. It is very well made. We had a professional to put it all together. There was an issue with one of the Louvre’s which was faulty but I contacted Harbour Lifestyle, who were very quick to send a replacement. Customer service has been outstanding. Paid a visit to the showroom to try out the garden furniture prior to placing an order. Showroom was well laid out with all the furniture we wanted to see being on display. Jade, the showroom manager, was very knowledgable and helpful and, it had to be said, very enthusiastic about the furniture
