Fantastic product. Delivered quickly and so comfortable. Highly recommended

I recently purchased the Santiago Rectangular Rattan Corner Dining Set with Rising Firepit Table. The order came promptly and overall quality of the product was very good. However there were a number of items missing off the order. I had a very disappointing experience with the customer services team with it taking 3 and a half weeks to get the missing good delivered. During this time I was having to continuously follow up and chase to understand what was going on. It took 2 weeks to get an answer on what had happened. Often when calling up and even after giving my order number to the advisor who could see the case number, I was often having to go back to square one to why I was calling up in the first place. Although the customer services representatives were friendly and upbeat, I can't help but think what is going on behind closed doors. There was no urgency to try and resolve my issue, nor empathy, considering my ordered hadn't be fulfilled. Even with the quality of the overall product being very good, given the customer service I would very much hesitate recommending or doing business with Harbour again.

No issues very good products and good customer service experience. Even did a Sunday delivery for garden furniture.

What was originally a 1 star review is now 5 stars after the General Manager called me and detailed everything I needed to hear. First class support. And the corner sofa has been used many times and is fantastic. Would recommend for sure.

From time of ordering to delivery everything was on time and seamless. Excellent contact by delivery people regarding delivery time.

Delivery drivers turned up on time but refused to build the furniture even when I showed them an e-mail from Harbour Lifestyle confirming I had paid for the furniture to be built - have had to chase up a refund twice now which is being processed apparently and was offered a discount against future purchase. Why do so many companies find it hard to simply do what they offer and what you pay for ?

Great quality kit which came very well packaged and was simple to build.

Good quality product and easy to assemble. Good value.

Prompt delivery. Product is well made with materials of high quality. Reason for dropping a star is that the parasol will only just reach the first hole when erecting. However we are very pleased with the parasol.

I’m am delighted with my new garden furniture, the quality is of a excellent standard and Harbour is a company I would definitely recommend and continue to use.

From start to finish Harbour lifestyle have been excellent. Their customer service was good and they answered all my questions. Used today as a family for the first time during the late spring Bank Holiday and we were able to stay outside all day even in the showers. Thank you for everything.

Quoted about 6 week wait, no problem for me and bang on time they phoned to confirm a date for delivery. Freestanding pergola delivered on time. Took myself and mate about 6-8 hours to assemble easy enough when you look back but as with all these things the instructions were basic however, it is well made with quality materials and extremely well packaged. Overall I would recommend this company if you wish to purchase a pergola or similar items.
