Delayed delivery dates, and it was only when I asked for a refund that the goods were suddenly sent. Having said that very pleased with what was sent.

Nice product but slightly damaged due to its construction and because I ordered it through a third party company harbour lifestyle wouldn't do anything about it. Otherwise I'm happy

I absolutely LOVE my Harbour Quay table and chairs. They were easy to pop together and look very high end. With a couple of fixings missing, the team went absolutely above and beyond to ensure I got these delivered. Thank you, I'll definitely be buying more from you, once my garden starts to take shape.

We had a good experience with Harbour Lifestyle. We originally ordered a corner sofa set that was on a pre-order. Delivered to the time as advised and delivery was good with good communication. We since ordered a parasol which again was delivered in very good time. The furniture and parasol are absolute quality items and we are very pleased with them. They are expensive but you get what you pay for so no issues at all from me.

Second Purchase from Harbour Life, their good are just exceptional and customer service second to none, we would use this company time and time again, regular updates for stock arrival and competitive prices

The pergola is amazing. It has added another room onto our house. Our teenage kids think it is super cool with the led lights and sides- it will be a party room! Pete and Billy who assembled the pergola went above and beyond by erecting it late one evening so we had it in time for a party- they were very professional and the structure is extremely sturdy and well put together. Ordered a large parasol and cover. I have to say that the product quality is excellent. There was a delivery hiccup, but they have a WhatsApp response which was very impressive and sorted it immediately. Impressed. I've ordered something else.

Hello, I ordered 2 Quay Sun Loungers on the 15/3/23 and received delivery on the 16/6/23 only for one of the loungers to crack down the main support beam after sitting on the lounger for the first time, I have sent photos to your customer services by email. Your customer services tell me that they are still waiting for a reply from your manufacturer. We have not been able to use the loungers since delivery, almost two weeks ago. Please let me know how this problem can be resolved. Regards Paul

Amazing product looks fabulous and also gets lots of heat. Friends very impressed.

Waited home all day for delivery and didn’t arrive. Not even an email from the courier or Harbour lifestyle. Managed to get a redelivery two days later. When it arrived, it had zero packaging and was damaged. Quality looked terrible too. Avoid at all costs!

Delivery 4 weeks instead of 7 to 10 days as promised. No communication until I contacted them chasing.

I had a few questions regarding the parasol base, and your company was very quick in replying to my emails also making sure that the accessories all matched the parasol I wanted to purchase

We ordered a parasol on 30/04/23 via b&q said delivery within 7 days excluding public holidays On 11/05/23 I queried the delivery online and it was marked as shipping in progress After around another week I rang Harbour Lifestyle and was told they were out of stock of blue but had a grey one which I agreed would suffice. Around another week later I received my grey parasol which I am very happy with I subsequently received a telephone call from Harbour Lifestyle asking for another payment as the original order had been cancelled(not by me). Eventually the payment issue was resolved.I am very happy with my parasol but I do feel Harbour Lifestyle could improve on customer communication. Harbour lifestyle has since contacted me and apologised for the communication issues and offered to escalate this further which I do not wish to as we are not the sort of people to complain in the hope of a discount or offer of compensation.I thank them for their response and reiterate we are very happy with our parasol

Although at first there were a few challenges with the courier, Harbour did a brilliant job at smoothing everything out. Special thanks to Georgina who was amazing. The table and chairs are beautiful too!
