Samantha is brilliant. Have rang her so many times on short notice but she responds positively and creates time to assist you. She is very knowledgeable regards the care planner system, calm while explaining and she makes sure you understand and can access the system. She is ever happy to help. She is brilliant.

Explained the process to using Care Planner more in depth and was able to answer questions with good knowledge.

We have used CarePlanner for over 5 years. On the rare occasion we need support they are always quick to get the issues fixed. It’s usually something I have done wrong! Great system that is really easy to use.
