After 5 move from different care softwares from cm2k to passsystem, Care planner is the one system that we believe meets our care service demand to delivering quality service to our services users . It is easy to use and the most adaptive system I have come across in my 20 years in care. It's reduces the staff training/induction time as our new staff get the hang of it at first use, unlike other software that's profit from training of staffs. Staff support is great, but with a little improvement on response timeframe if reduce to max 2 response time, will make it the greatest. Overall no fault from our team of over 60 coordinators and 600 care and admin staffs who rate the software as a great care planning and rostering system of the decade.

The trainer was amazing. Leanne She really knew her stuff and was very confident. I have received various training sessions over the years on different packages, but found this one to be easy to understand and follow, they listened and answered every question I had.

The rate is because am still learning and Care Planner is also updating its features. Am sure with time with more features, care planner will be a very good App.

I found myself in a difficulty situation as our current provider (not care planner) system had been the victim of a cyber attack. I can't comment on the system as yet but I would like to comment on the wonderful Juliet who I rung and her empathy, delivery , support and speed in assisting me with this matter was immensely impressive. A demo was arrange for later that day with the wonderful Ellye and the way they presented themself and the company is the reason I have joined care planner.

I required assistance with setting up some features of Care-Planner. Once again, Rae reponded promptly and setup a call to address the issues. Most important to me is the timeliness of the responses from the care-planner team. It is very reassuring to know that help is always at hand when you need it. Kudos to you all. Alex Geoman

Care planner has really helped to improved the efficiency of our small business. We were given very thorough training and have ongoing support from Rae. Rae provides continued support and is friendly, prompt and knowledgable. We would recommend this service.

Leanne was extremely understanding and approachable, very responsive and professional. It was amazing having her support all the way, so far. I wish all the professionals I have to deal with, were as nice as Leanne.
