This is a terrible company that you should never use. This is a typical click bait and switch company. Not only that after I received an email with a confirmation of the itinerary and price from them, they called me to tell me that the ticket was no longer available but at a higher price. Further, they sent me an email with credit card authorization to go ahead with purchasing a ticket at a higher price. Without my written confirmation or authorization, they ticketed it and took money from my card. When I called the office to cancel the ticket next day, they said it is too late. Not only that they over charged on the credit card than what it was indicated on credit card authorization email. I called back the office, and it is automated voice mail. No one is answering. Do not buy a ticket from this company ever!!

This agency is a Scam! They Cancel my ticket last minute. And haven't received a refund at this moment, 4 months after my original flight date.

This company is one of the worst. I bought a ticket to travel from Vancouver, B.C. to Mexico City. At first, everything seemed fine—I was able to track the flight through the airline’s app. But four days before my flight, I tried to check in and noticed the flight had been canceled. I was never notified. I called FlightChannels, who basically told me they only facilitated the payment to the airline and were not responsible. They told me to contact the airline directly. When I called the airline, they said that because I didn’t purchase the ticket directly through them, this was something FlightChannels had to resolve. I called the airline multiple times and even went to their office at the airport—nothing. My flight was definitely canceled. All of this happened in early December 2024. On the day of the flight, I finally received an email, but when I called, I was told there was nothing they could do and that it was up to the airline. After waiting the famous “two billing cycles,” I called and emailed again—no answer. So, I decided to call my bank and report the transaction as a scam. That was the only way I was able to get my money back, but it was only because I paid with credit card and I was after them with my bank for almost 4 months that I was only able to get my money back.

This business is a scam. I booked flights for my kids and I for spring break. We arrived at the airport at 4:45am to find our entire itinerary had been cancelled by the airline. The airline cited allegation of Fraud. I have tried calling Flight reaching the company numerous times by phone, email, online chat even twitter. No one has even tried to help us and we had no notice of the cancellation. We will be disputing the credit card charges.

Flights channel scam the buyers. The announce a price online, once you purchas the ticket they call you to tell you your flight is not confirmed that the prices have changed from the moment of purchase and that you have to pay more in order to confirm. It's a mousetrap! Don't trust them!
