Excellent service by all concerned from the shop to the delivery men who put the furniture together - would definitely recommend

Ish & Ray delivered my sofas today they both did an excellent job taking extra care bringing them in and taking the old sofas out. They were both very friendly and helpful a credit to your company.

John and Jason K (Blaydon) delivered our dining room chairs and coffee table today, Rang 10 mins before arriving unpacked furniture and carried into property two pleasant guys,excellent service.

Barker and stonehouse have been very helpful and accommodating, we had got our sofa from them and had to delay delivery for a number of months due to the house not being ready and they were happy to do so. Paul Y and Jake who delivered the sofas were also very polite, professional and helpful

Very good customer service indeed. Manager and staff were very helpful with products/ranges information and availability, going the extra mile in service and attention as required. Allowed us plenty of time and space that we needed to consider our decision. Requested more information be sent by email which was received very promptly.

Popped in to test out a couple of sofas we looked at before Christmas. One was in the showroom stock sale, plus a footstool to match which wasn’t in the sale but Dawn sorted us out a deal and explained the 5 year warranty would be good for that type of fabric. All sorted out quickly and friendly… very nice experience all round..thank you also to Paul who dated off the discussions with us and then handed over to Dawn👍

Shout out to Thomas & Kevin who delivered our sofa and despite an initial challenge to get it into the living room, they were able to take it apart and reassemble once in. Very efficient and friendly delivery service.

Have been looking at a lot of beds recently in a number of stores but went into Barker and Stonehouse again and saw what we were looking for on offer. After going back home to check the measurements etc the next morning I revisited the store and made the purchase assisted by Jane in the Giltbrook store. The offer was too good to miss. Now just trying to get the room organised before delivery.

Roger and Stefan were very professional delivering and assembly the furniture. They arrived on time and assembled the furniture in under 10 minutes. They were polite and efficient.

I went to Barker & Stonehouse Hull knowing what I wanted, Barrie Molloy remembered me from when we were browsing the week before. He was clear and concise without any pressure up selling. Great experience.
