Marty and Ish were firstly professional: no shortcuts, and I was confident that they knew what they were doing and were making sure that my furniture gets where it needs to go in perfect condition. Secondly, all the while they were just friendly and pleasant (not always easy to do when one's carrying a heavy piece of furniture). Thank you!

Just had our new sofa delivered today by Paul C and Jasim. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our road is very narrow and I was a little worried about getting the van down the street and offloading the sofa. The two of them handled it like pros and, after some very skilful driving, brought the new sofa into the house. They were so upbeat and kind and it really made the experience 10/10! Huge thank you to both of them!!

We visited the store in Gateshead Metro centre and was served by Leigh Irvine. She was very approachable, friendly and knowledgeable about the Ercol furniture we wanted to buy.
