Ollie and Jason arrived promptly, they were very polite and friendly. They had our ottoman bed put together quickly and efficiently. No mess.

Both Dave A. and Jason D. where great today. Courtesy call about 20 min before they arrived, helped. They were delivering a 2nd replacement Ercol coffee table. Even this table did not match Ercol quality of 15 years ago. The first table blistered as if it was a veneer, the 2nd had a broken table top sliding mechanism as delivered. Today's table has 2 open knots and rough edges on one side of the table top. What are you doing Ercol?? B&S have handled this table top issue very well! Thank you for offering a discount and refund. The Romano table is not made any more. Dave and Jason were great. Everything noted down and left with a smile

A good selection and well laid out showroom. Very helpful staff, Tracy Rayner assisted us with purchase of sofas. She was knowledgeable, patient and listened to our needs. Katy, the store manager was also very helpful and on hand to help. Have shopped at Barker abd Stonehouse for major items over many years, we never look elsewhere.
