Great delivery of our new sofa and cocktail cabinet. Jon and Paul Y carried these items all the way down the garden to the summer house, super careful, unpacked goods and carefully placed into exact position I requested. Used blankets to protect new flooring and took all the packaging away with them. Good communications prior to delivery. First class service.

Always a positive experience at B&S Birstall! All staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. Rachel (Robinson) was great. She gave good advice on the lovely upholstered stools I bought and there was no hard sell. She explained about delivery/collections and I know, from experience, this is hassle free and you are always kept up to date. I keep on returning and will continue to do so.

Great experience buying a chair, I had a good idea what I wanted and Leigh was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and professional. She found out all the options and explained the process perfectly.

Not the best waited 8 weeks for delivery when the 2 settees one large one medium and a snuggle chair they were a different colour than the swatch they sent so all the colour matching throws rugs and cushions was a waste of time they had sent the wrong swatch on ,arrival the chair was damage by the delivery people so we have had to wait another 8 weeks for a replacement chair the colour and design I like but don’t like that the seating cushion is not as plump as I was expecting no apologies for wrong swatch or broken chair sorry to say I would not recommend.

Great service from start to finish. In-store (Fenwicks, Kingston) were great and the delivery duo of Adam and Adrian were top-notch. That’s how delivery should be done! Excellent customer service all round.
