Love our new dining and coffee tables. Paul & Dan, the delivery team, were excellent. They carried the furniture up our narrow flight of stairs, assembled it and removed the packaging. I originally ordered the wrong size sofa so phoned to change. Within half an hour they had corrected my order. Delivery was seamless, got a text 20 mins before and Adam and Adrian were right on time - they also took all the packaging with them so I didn’t need to dispose it separately.

Two visits to outlet at the Metro Centre, staff weren't pushy at all. Steven Rayner was very helpful, measuring up the sofa I'd taken a fancy to Delivered in the 2 hour slot by the cheery John and Jason from Blaydon. They got the sofa in round awkward corners with slick efficiency. Delighted with the service, will definitely be shopping there again.

Love the sofa we got and great customer service and delivery team. We had a narrow hallway and required access from back garden. However the access road was too narrow for the truck. Adrian and Adam made no fuss and over hand carrying down the road and into the garden. Had the sofa install on time, quickly and carefully.

All staff in the Barker and Stonehouse store at Birstall were great and very helpful. Simon and Wojciech the delivery guys were excellent - thoughtful and considerate when setting up and went through everything. 5* service!
