Faultless order and delivery service. Online ordering had all the info we needed. Bed frame made from FSA Certified recycled/reclaimed wood, so genuinely sustainable. Dean and Don turned up on time and couldn't have been more friendly and helpful.

Whole experience was a pleasure from walking into the lovely showroom at the metro to communication and early delivery. Always head to B&S for all furniture as always find what I want in their showrooms not matter which room. Delivery men Michael H and Dave A were excellent, polite, friendly couldn’t fault them.

We ordered a couch in November and after waiting for it for 3 months, the delivery team arrived and said they could not deliver it because it did not fit in our lift and they were not insured to carry it up the stairs. 1) When we bought the sofa the store assistance told us the couch was modular and it could fit in the lift 2) when I called customer service they said it was our fault for not telling them the size of our lift even though they never asked us. They reorganised delivery for this week and when we called to confirm that this time they would bring a team that could carry it up the customer assistance first could not find the scheduled delivery, when they did we asked them if they would definitely bring a team to carry it they said the did not know. Abysmal service and still no assurance that we will receive our couch.

Just had an item of furniture delivered by Jon & Jason.D who were both professional and friendly throughout. Pointed out two marks to the furniture while they were unpacking it which rather than leaving them for me to find was very good of them. They informed customer service immediately. Both of them are an excellent front for Barker and Stonehouse.

Spoke to Lesley who helped us choose our dinging table. Very helpful and also ordered us the chairs off the barker and stonehouse website which saved me on delivery costs.

Paul. S and Steve. Y delivered our Hoxton sofa, love it!! Service was great, very quick, managed to get the sofa round some tight corners into our flat, and were both very helpful.

I had a bed and mattress delivered today by Matt.P and Terry. I was given a delivery slot of 11am to 1pm and then Matt and Terry called when they were 10 minutes away. They were so friendly and efficient, thank you!

B & S Hove - We had great customer service - we kept changing our minds (so were not the perfect cusomers) but Katie was really helpful and patient. When the sofas arrived Matt and Terry were really nice guys. Sofas were put in place and all packaging thoughtfully taken away. Sofas look amazing! Cannot fault anything. Highly recommend them.

Dean and Don were very professional and provided a fantastic service. Despite the communication issue from their HQ they didn’t hesitate to rectify the situation when they arrived with my delivery and built my garden furniture. They couldn’t have been more helpful and were very good at what they did. They cleared up after themselves and took all the excess packaging away with them. Well done guys and you are a true credit to Barker and Stonehouse. I would recommend you to anyone.
