Jake and Paul were first class with the service they provided when delivering our new suite. They help move some furniture before bring in the suite. The suite was well cover and unpacked and placed where we needed it. The took away all packaging. Overall fantastic service

Amazingly quick response when I ordered - I was called within an hour of placing the order to arrange delivery. Communication was good and Paul S and Terry (Crawley) arrived on time and were very helpful.

The two guys who delivered our marble table, Jake and Paul. Y were very careful with the table as it was very fragile. They removed the damaged one and then brought the new one in. This wasn't easy but they made it look easy. I would just like to thank them for their workman ship and their helpfulness. Great guys. 👏👍

Wonderful sofa bed. So many we looked at were not very comfortable, but we found the Emerick was the one to break the mould. Thomas and Kevin delivered it right on time and set it up in the bedroom for us. Customer support were there to help us with a query. A big thank you to the team at Barker Stonehouse for their service to the grateful Barkers in their new stone house.

Staff were really canny and explained everything really well in store and built the right package for me Delivery was also really well explained AND dead on time. Delivery by Matthew D and Jamie S - they arrived promptly at the promised time and then carried our new furniture into the house, unpacked it, put it all in place and took away the packaging. Very efficient and professional

Elderly parents bought a 2 seater Ulswater sofa and an armchair off them from their Gateshead store. Over £3K in total. The sofa almost immediately began to sag and list to one side. Very uncomfortable to sit on. They eventually sent their "service team" to inspect. The first time they never turned up but preceded to lie and say they called but no one was in (despite them being in all day). Time passed and by the second time they called to "inspect" it they said nothing was wrong, despite the glaringly obvious fault. They tried to trick my elderly parent into signing to say nothing was wrong with it. Now hiding behind the Ombudsman hoping we will simply go away. Sofa is only 6 months old but looks like it's about 10 years old. Zero follow up service or customer loyalty. Avoid like the plague.
