Ordered 2 months ago and day before delivery contacted to be told one of my chairs was missing but they could lend me a used one to put me on , when asked why no one can answer me just left hanging . It's a shame the company aren't as conscientious as ALan and Michael the delivery drivers who were excellent

Just had my furniture delivered, I was given a delivery time of 7am to 9am, it arrived at 7.30. Brilliant. Peter rang me about 15 minutes before they arrived to let me know they were on their way. Furniture was delivered and installed quickly and efficiently. Peter and Ray were both very polite. Thank you for a great service.

I had both quick and effective assistance from Emmie from the Stockton on Tees branch, when trying to order a table at a sales price, despite the website showing an unexpectedly off-sale price. Emmie was quick to respond and help work out the issue, and put the sale for me. Very happy with the table too, which seems good value for money. Only minor issue is the table is quite high compared to other dining tables, but that's a specific product issue. Dealing with the company's customer and delivery service was great!
