Friendly staff at Kingston store Olga looked after us well, and Paul C & John W delivered with care and attention. Unpacked our chair and sited for us in the lounge, took away all packaging. Although our delivery date was pushed back a couple of weeks, we were telephoned and kept up to date, so all good. Would definitely recommend.

An Excellent experience with Barker and Stonehouse. Peter and Lee delivered our furniture and they were both very friendly and professional. They treated the furniture as if it were their own. Both Peter and Lee are a credit to Barker and Stonehouse.

The delivery/installation team which was Jason H & Olllie from the Blaydon depot arrived on time. They had a very polite and professional manor. They built the bed frame in no time at all. They spotted a fault with a fixing of the bed and reassured us that they will report it and get back to us as soon as possible to replace. Thanks lads!!!!

Paul S and Steve Y were brilliant from start to finish. They called me with 30 mins notice, which enabled me to go out beforehand. When they arrived they asked me where they could put the large box. They left having given my young dog some attention, which she loved

Visited the Leeds store and dealt with Chrissie Durnell, she was professional from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble even moving furniture across the store for us so we could see what our choice of table and chairs looked like together. We weren't rushed or pushed into making any decisions. The whole process was explained in full and we left very happy. A credit to your company.
