We had a great experience with Barker and Stonehouse ordering and receiving our sofa. Our sales advisor Simon in the Birstall branch was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble, he gave us great advice around waiting to order until in our space, he was not pushy at all and we greatly appreciated his advice. Once we moved we realised the space was too small for the sofa we planned to get and so he saved us a great deal of pain and money! The delivery guys Michael and Alan were lovely and very considerate of taking muddy shoes off in our house. They were super friendly and did everything to a great standard. We were very happy :) thanks all!

Good service from the team in the shop. Arranging delivery of the sofa was straightforward and easy. The delivery team, Matt P and Adrian, were great. They kept me informed of their time of arrival and were very careful getting the sofa in the lounge without damaging anything.

Ste Windsor and Chris Dunnett, were excellent with their clean and efficient way they assembled the Ottoman bed. Very friendly and polite at all times, they also give me a demonstration to safely operate the opening and closing. Sales man was excellent, no pressure for the sale (didn't get his name) also the delivery was informative and on time. I would certainly use Barker and Stonehouse again. Good old fashioned service throughout.

We visited the Nottingham store to look at some chairs we had seen online. The staff there were very helpful and we ordered two of them. Delivery would be some weeks away and I was pleased I only had to pay a deposit until the week before delivery. The chairs were delivered yesterday and we received prior warning of the time slot and a phone call from the delivery team, Pete and Sully, well in advance of arrival. They were courteous, careful and quick to put the furniture together and reflected the image of the company we had already drawn. All in all an excellent experience.

The delivery team which was John and Jason K from the Blaydon depot arrived on time. They were very professional and polite They positioned the sofa in the desired area and installed the feet on my new Chesterfield sofa. Brilliant service from the delivery team. 10 out 10 👌 Thankyou guys
