Ordered a kitchen table bench. Just what we were after and the quality looks good. Delivery guys John and Jason in Blaydon were great too. Put it together, and deposited in the house just where I wanted it.

Delivery was spot on! My house is not easy to find but the communication by Dave A & Michael H was amazing. They’re an asset to B&S. item was well pack and arrived on the allocated slot time Great Service B&S will be shopping with you soon!

We purchased a dining table at the Fenwick Kingston store. Stephen was really professional and helpful with regards to our purchase. We were quite impressed with the level of his support and costumer service skills. I should also mention that the costumer service telephone line is really, and not responsive to most of our queries.

We bought a chest of drawers from the store at the Metro Centre Gateshead. The sales rep, Nicola was excellent. She was friendly and knowledgable. The chest was delivered today, ten days later and the delivery men were also excellent. We were given a two hour time slot a couple of days before and delivery was within that two hours. Friendly and efficient. Very pleased with B and S. the delivery man were Peter and Lee.

I purchased a new mattress from B&S. the customer support and information from in shop sales rep was fantastic and the delivery team were very quick and installed the mattress onto our new bed and removed all packaging. Superb customer support and as always great products, thankyou.

The delivery team Ady and Luke were fab! They respected the house but taking off their shoes, set up my table and chairs how I wanted it and took all the packing away with them. They were very polite and professional. My table is too big 🤦🏽‍♀️ I hope these two return in 6 weeks with my new order.

Chiana was incredibly knowledgable and helpful while we made the decision to purchase a new mattress in store today. The store is very convenient for families with good parking and change facilities, lift and coffee shop, making popping out with kids much more enjoyable.
