Engineer came to fix my washing machine which was leaking however he didn't do the job properly and didn't install all parts correctly. My washing was still leaking and had to call for another engineer to come. Due to this I had considerable damage on my kitchen floor due to the heavy leaks from the washing machine. Emailed the company however still not received any reply.

Called Friday with a fault and Olivia was fab at sorting out our problem and an engineer is coming on Monday. Super quick service. Thanks Olivia your a star.

I originally wrote a review about this company on May 8th when our Micrwave Combi faile and I waited over two weeks for an Engineer to arrive. He arrived, from a company called 0800 Apliance repairs, which, would you believe is part of the same group (Pacifica) as UK Warranty. He inspected the machine, without even taking the cover off, and said it had four faults and he would report back. He didn't, but we had a phone call 5 days later to say that it had been decided to write off the machine and that UK Warranty would give us £200 towards a replacement, to which we agreed, and if we gave them our bank details a bank transfer would be made that day. It wasn't!, and a week later we had a further phone call to say that the bank had returned the payment because a single digit had been entered wrongly. It hadn't. I checked with my bank. We waited, and waited but no payment. Eventually, after 7 weeks, after writing to the Managing Director, and threatening action by the Financial Ombudsman and the Financial Conduct Authority, the payment was made. Do not touch this company with a bargepole or a Warranty Agreement !!!

I wrote a review a few months ago stating how I reported my microwave broken in March 2022 and it was still not fixed and I have a baby and a toddler. Well guess what….it’s still not fixed!!! And now they’ve cancelled yet again due to “not having the parts” and put back yet another month!!!! If these parts were coming from bloody Shang-hai they’d been here by now!!! Honest to god the absolute pits of a company I am now having to go through trading standards who are advising me on legal action against them for breach of contract using the implied law. Absolutely horrific company they are terrible.

This warranty is not worth the paper it is written on. We took out a warranty for Mechanical and Electrical Faults on a Hotpoint Dishwasher as long ago as December 2016 and have been paying £4.99 per month thereafter giving a total of £334.33. This week we made a claim because the wheels had come off the top tray which meant it could not be inserted or removed. Clearly a Mechanical fault. The warranty was declined on the basis it was fair wear and tear! Nothing in the headlines suggested that a Mechanical fault could be declined. As it has been declined there has been absolutely no point in paying 1p short of £5 per month for almost six years.

Absolute joke of a company, 3 engineers and my husband had to sort the issue in the end. Delay on parts and no one knows what they are doing, I put a complaint in both written and verbal and still waiting from 11th may. Avoid at all costs. Customer services are useless and pass you around. Emails are ignored. I could go on….

After 6yrs made my first claim waited around 30 minutes for call to be answered. Spoke to Kieron who got it all sorted out for me quickly and efficiently I think everyone should just ask for him when calling

Worst company ever to deal with. Raised a claim 8 weeks ago, the engineer came to fix the washing machine but made it worse. Water leaked and damaged the property. Customer support is worse, they have not scooby!! For the next available appointment was in 5 weeks, they advised me to switch off the water at the property and stay like that for the next 5 weeks. AVOID where possible!

Was lied to about a repair date then lied to again as the second date was then changed. Was expected to wait 4 weeks for an appliance repair !!! Worst service I've seen for a long time , had to arrange for a repair myself. DO NOT USE - DO NOT LET APPLIANCES DIRECT OR OTHER RETAILERS TALK YOU INTO USING THIS COMPANY.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. My oven has now had two rings not working for 7 months! Yes, I reported this 7 months ago. They book an engineer, then they reschedule. They eventually send out an engineer, who complains that it’s a two person job, but only one engineer was booked. They bring a part with them and it’s the wrong part. They then leave and we start again. This oven cost thousands to purchase. They say they cannot get the required parts, but that is simply not true. They are available on eBay. We have looked ourselves. The managing director of this company, Neil Martin, proudly has his email address on the website, but don’t be fooled into thinking this makes him available to you, it doesn’t. You email him, he completely ignores you. While I didn’t expect him to respond, I did expect someone to respond. I feel very sorry for their long suffering help desk staff. They spend all day answering the phones and having upset customers to deal with. Terrible company. I will never buy a warranty that has anything to do with this company, or any of their dozens of pseudonyms again. Time to pick this up with the finance ombudsman now. I think 7 months is long enough.

Terrible company, they do not care about you as an individual at all. The base of my gas hob is made from glass and this shattered, they said they have to try and fix this before getting a replacement... how? can an engineer fix glass? they sent an engineer 3 days later and he confirmed it was unfixable. It then took OVER a month for them to send me a new unit, and that was only because I kept calling them. They never call back when they say they will and the call staff are just young people reading from scripts on a screen (so they cant help). Stay away, do not recommend.

Watchdog should investigate these cowboys After nearly 3 months oven still not working. Had numerous engineers come and NOT fixed fault. Saying part they have is wrong or damaged and cannot be fitted. At least 3 appointments cancelled the day before After booking time off work (not sure how much time off work these cowboys think people can have) Even after making official complaint nobody has bothered to get in touch Engineering been again today and you guessed it.... part damaged and needs to re-book another visit. 😡

It took them months to repair a burner ignition issue on a gas hob the engineer then said the other three burners needed thermo something or other and left leaving the three which were working not working !. when the letting agents re contacted them they wouldn't even talk to them and to tell the landlord to ring even though the landlord had previously given authorisation. Anyway they have now been sacked with good riddance.ps these people operate through Homeserve so be careful if you request appliance cover with Homeserve they hand you over to these clowns.

What a company, I contacted them for parts for my APELSON Oven. They informed me that I needed to contact the supplier. I contacted the supplier who told me that they only supplied parts for two years the next three years were covered by the extended warranty withUk warranty. I rang them again and they just cut me off after waiting on the line for nearly an hour. I then sent them a message which they replied too. They informed me that they could not confirm my conversation with them and would not supply the parts or cover the cost of them! This is a con and these people are just the worst. Do not use them or buy products that they offer back up on.

AWFUL COMPANY, TOTAL SCAMMERS. Back in 2019, 6 months with no dryer messed around silly, missed appts, no call backs, yet still took my money each month. Eventually replaced it. Should of cancelled once they replaced it and put the payments to one side. Now replacement broken, no dryer since mid March , same let downs and excuses, now engineers wont avoid school run! I asked to raise a complaint end of march and again mid April ,neither logged so starting again with new complaint today! wont hold my breath! AVOID, AVOID , AVOID!

Olivia Dobson I spoke with today and was very helpful and patientwith myself. However i was told that I will receive a phone back from her either today or tomorrow to book in a date for the service engineer to come and repair my dishwasher. I hope everything goes well but won’t know anymore until this happens. But from first impressions, I am very satisfied with the help provided. Fingers crossed they can resolve the issue for me ASAP as I hate washing up by hand. Haha
