UK WARRANTY I took kitchen appliance insurance with UK warranty for fridge, induction cooker and oven in February 2022. I have not yet received the policy documents and all effort to contact the company has failed. They have not responded to emails, not answered telephone calls. This is my worst experience and should have read the reviews about this company. please stay away from them.

I have been without a fully functioning tumble dryer now for over 12 weeks. This is after 2 engineering visits and numerous no shows because of parts not arriving or being ‘faulty’. Engineers from another company just guess what’s broken, order next set of parts and cycle starts again - currently it’s 2weeks to get parts, 2 weeks to rebook engineer when parts arrive. The engineer duly fits the parts and then leaves me to determine whether dryer works or not because dryer takes time to heat up. Although the warranty states that they’ll replace the product, this is only when the engineer reports the product not fixable but they never stay around to find out. So you have to start the cycle again, take time off work, lift the dryer to make it accessible, lift it back when the engineer doesn’t show up. There is no consideration of time without the product working being important. Phoning them equally ridiculous if you can get through; it’s then pretty random which department or company you get through to by dialling the same number and whoever you get through to is the wrong person; they’ll listen, offer to put you through to the right person and then drop the call. I’ve raised a couple of complaints - they tell you that these take 4-8 weeks before they’ll get back to you with a decision which is of little value when you’ve been without an appliance for 3 months. When you phone again they don’t have a record of your complaint.I’ve escalated and been promised numerous times that a manager will call back within 72 hours and nothing happens. Unfortunately you don’t necessarily know that you’ve ended up with this lot until you need to use the warranty- my warranty documentation branded with Marks Electrical who sold me the dryer.

If I could give minus 10 I would. After paying over 5 years insurance on my washing machine it's still not fixed. I've given up work to look after my dad who is bed bound with vascular dementia. Time and time again they have let me down. This company is fraudulent. I cant see an end to it. So far it has been 3 and a half months with no washing machine. Sick and tired of hearing sorry. I have enough to deal with

Worst company ever! I wish i read reviews before taking out this appliance cover! Over 2 weeks and dishwasher is still not repaired as they cant get a part replacement, when you call you get promised a call back and nothing happens. Even the managing director neil martin does not care i called and messaged and he didn’t reply, if management are like what do you expect from staff. Its clear this business is failing and will not last long. Avoid at all costs

Tumble Dryer Repair My story starts off by logging an issue with the UK Warranty in January 2022 and now into April my issue still has not been resolved. I've two major parts replaced on the Dryer. With no attempt of resolving my issue, this still goes on with my compliant which i had raised initially three weeks ago, had been logged on the engineers system and not the UK Warranty system. I can write book on this, but not a happy customer.

Yet another dissatisfied customer. Our experience is very similar to countless other reviews on here. How is this company still in operation?? In fact we have 4 different names who are dealing with it...0800repair, pacificagroup, safeguard and UK warranty. No idea who is ACTUALLY in charge of our warranty. My suggestion, avoid taking out extended warranty with any of these. 3 visits from an engineer and still we don't have a repaired washing machine. 2 months and counting. Empty promises, dropped phone calls, waiting on parts, no available engineers, I could go on. Only option at this point is to escalate with the retailer.

I can't even begin to describe how abysmal the service has been. It's now a month since my washer broke. The company were unable to source new parts and I was promised a new one. No one ever phones to move things along. For a month I've literally been phoning every other day to chase things up. Probably the most incompetent company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Still not got the new machine. No one cares a jot. Buyer beware!

DO NOT TRUST! They won't assist you when your appliance is faulty. I called them repeatedly to book an appointment for repairs, they always repeated that they couldn't find an ingeneer available in my area!!! (I live in London) I tried again to call them to get an update if there is an engineer, they are still repeating the same thing "When an ingeneer is available, we'll let you know"!!! If you have joined them, cancel your Direct Debit and try to find a trustworthy company worth your money. Always check reviews as they are based on customers experiences

Been waiting 8 weeks and they cant find a gas engineer in my postcode area to look at my faulty cooker. I have given them the contact details of a gas cooker engineer in the next town to me which took me 5 mins to find, he has also agreed to work with the warranty company and they still havent contacted him to look at my cooker. I advise everyone to stay well clear of this company

Please stay away from this company. Absolutely disgrace of a company I first called them out in January about my dishwasher and they have given an engineer appointment after 2 weeks and nearing the appointment they have given the general excuse that the engineer is sick and moved the appointment. They could not resolve the issue even after 3 engineer visits. I have first called them on 18th Jan 2022 and after continuous follow up they have arranged for a replacement on 31st March 2022. They came up with all the excuses of engineer sick, parts not available, parts not authorised etc. Their engineers also have no clue what parts are required. Eventually, I have ended up complaining to the financial ombudsman. They never communicate and do not care for the customers. I had a very bad experience. After all this now they are not installing the dishwasher and I have to pay £120 + Vat for getting it installed and disposing of the old dishwasher. Ridiculous service.

Absolutely a disgrace. One month already into trying to get dishwasher fixed, and all sorts of excuses that I hear back like engineer availability, parts being authorised, parts ordered etc. No ETA from the team and they keep pushing back next engineer's visit. Stay away from this company. Not worth a penny

Now 12 weeks on the so-called repair job, 4 engineer visits, days off work, and it’s still not working, what a disaster. After being so patient with them, and all this hardship, all we’re hearing from them is excuses like , ‘part ordering’ ‘emailed the engineer’, ‘just waiting for report/update/ or for the other one to respond’’ ‘will raise a complaint’, ‘will escalate it’, etc. we are outraged and totally fed up, this is appalling, this is no warranty, phone being hung up on me about 5 times.

My experience with this company has been horrendous, I wouldn’t be able to describe how useless and disgusting company and service they are, I took a cover for my kitchen appliances many months ago, and they have been taking my money and when my appliances broke down, they couldn’t care less to repair them, I called on many occasions and customer service staff are so rude and unprofessional, even after I managed to speak to what is called herself a manager she was just the same, promise to get the matter resolved and send an engineer to repair my dishwasher and fridge freezer, I’m still waiting for just phone call and that didn’t take a place, I wouldn’t recommend them even if they offer the service free of charge, I cancelled my direct debit, they won’t get another penny from me and will be reporting them to financial conduct authority and get every penny I paid back, absolutely disgusting.

After the usual wait listening to music my call was handled in an efficient and friendly manner and an appointment with an engineer offered for the next day
