On my return to heathrow they were there to collect within 10 minutes of my call. I will definately use them again. An absolute pleasure and well worth the money. PS. So much cheaper than other services.

United Kingdom | 29 April 2020It was really a great service. Parking area is very safe and the car đ stays in the car park all the time. It does not get left in any open fields like others do. Would recommend to all anytime. Friendly and very helpful staff.

United Kingdom | 08 April 2020Booked through this site for my airport parking but failed to provide service, due to corona virus travel plans cancelled but i managed to make different travel plans. My original booking was Thursday 12th March to Sunday 22nd March, contacted them to change to Friday 13th March to Sunday 22nd March (so one day less, so they were benefiting) said i would need to contact supplier as they were just booking agent. Went to supplier they said needed to contact booking agent as they made the booking. Went back to them and they said no have to go to supplier. So went back to supplier again who abruptly told me âtough s**tâ you will need to make another booking not changing anything laughed and hung up on me. Went back to booking agent and they said nothing they can do. Donât find this acceptable when they took the payment. On researching more on the supplier (one stop parking ltd) they have hundreds and hundreds of negative reviews online all around shockingly bad practices yet the these (mobit) rated them 4.8* out of 5 so i went back to agent and highlighted the fact they are false advertising, the reviews they are showing are not real reviews but made up and not current and they shouldnât be listing this supplier under false pretences and they basically washed there hands of it and they wont refund but i can have 15% off next booking.

United Kingdom | 24 March 2020The paperwork stated that meet and greet handover would be in the short term parking area, on the day leaving and return was achieved at the T3 drop off area. Car collection was a little slow (20min wait) but car drop off was quick and efficient. For the price I paid I am very happy with the service

United Kingdom | 18 March 2020Never use these unscrupulous people. Booked through Mobil parking last September, for a three week period. Company called HPR Meet and Greet. Upon collection, my new Prius had damage to front wing. Staff said nothing about it, and when questioned, referred me to email address to claim. I had one response, sent estimate for repair, and have never been contacted since. Then contacted Mobit direct, they made polite noises, and accepted no responsibility. I am now ÂŁ300 out of pocket. Not so cheap parking after all. I am considering taking then to court.

United Kingdom | 08 March 2020No meet no greet. The drivers were late in both picking up and drop off. The company agent phone line was too tinny that it was too hard to understand, especially that they changed the published drop off instructions last minute. and when asked to repeat, he was unnecessarily and unapologetically rude. They are on the cheap side, but their quality was too poor for a country like the UK. Lots of training is required. red mini cooper from 28/2/2020-7/3/2020

When we arrived back at Heathrow we waited for one and a half hours to be collected but despite several assurances nobody came in that time so we ended up having to pay ÂŁ35 for a taxi to collect our car. By this time it was 11.30pm and we feared we would be there all night.While we were stranded there a company employee delivered a car to someone else who had flown in and the car was damaged. And of course they have ignored all of my requests for compensation or even just the taxi fare. Terrible.

However they are so rude on the phone when i called to let them know about my flight being cancelled due to the Corona Virus and a visting ban to the country i was travelling too. Even flight and Visa company's are refunding us yet this company cannot seem to understand i called them as soon as i knew about the flight being cancelled. No such thing as customer care

United Kingdom | 25 February 2020This company doesn't even deserve 1 star. This is clearly a scam. They didn't come to collect our car and asking us to pay ÂŁ170 extra on the stop by other provider. Now that we ask for refund they make ask us the contact their financial department etc...so unprofessional. Need to take them to court to pay for all this inconvenience and stop them harming innocent people.

United Kingdom | 05 February 2020I booked via Mobit parking and ended up with Heathrow platinum parking - they are awful. First of all Mobit never picks up the phone And the company I booked are a completed scam AVOID SCAM COMPANY, DRIVE YOUR CAR WHEN YOUR NOT THERE!! Dropped my vehicle off with them on the 24th in full working order. On my return On the 4th I called to pick it up and was told by a driver there was a problem with your vehicle and then hung up. Obviously bothered I called back like 10 times and no one picked. Only for someone to call me back on an unknown number to say the is a steering malfunction and the car wonât move which obviously wasnât on there when I have it to them. Two members of the team swore at me rudely and someone even said there is nothing they can do, if I donât like it to âcall the police to put some sense into my headâ .. I was even told to get someone who knew about cars to advise me . Eventually 2 hours later my car was returned in non working order and clearly not safe to drive. They just dropped it off and left without a care in the world for me to sort out.. AWFUL COMPANY, RUDE AND Drive your car when your not there

It's as if the call is being diverted out of UK it's some kind of middle man joke service using very unscrupulous cowboy type meet and great pick up type service. After about 45 minutes of calling different numbers to get them to meet me to pic car up was given a mobile number for me to contact a driver that was supposed to be taking my car from me. He was foreign and had difficulty understanding me, he couldn't provide me with an address we're my car was going to be taken too. The email confermation was very shifty lookin, not at all a proper website or company do not use, I only entered 1 star as won't let me enter 0

United Kingdom | 12 January 2020Arrived at drop off on schedule and all went as planned. Came back day early which seem to throw the guy I spoke to when I called from airport to request pick up. After some confusion (on his part) I eventually asked âis this a problem as I just need collecting and reuniting with my carâ. He organised the pick up and my car was waiting for me however I did feel his response could have been politer and less negative firstly as Iâm the customer and secondly after a 15 hour flight I didnât really need the reception I received.

I was not charged any extra for being early and there was always someone on the end of the phone to help. Would definitely use this service again.
