We booked this months before. They do not even deserve one star... Stay well clear. It will be interesting to see if we get a refund. I could not get hold of them by phone they were engaged continually.

United Kingdom | 24 December 2019The parking company tried to charge an extra £10 after I arrived at the departure point. They refused to invoice me or give me a receipt for this extra charge. I had a number of phone calls with the office and they kept me waiting for 30 minutes at the collection point before finally agreeing to not take the extra charge. I got the distinct impression that this was a bare faced attempt at extortion. The drivers were courteous and punctual.

Had to park in the short term car park and leave key on wheel. The driver could not find the car and threatened to leave it there for the duration of my trip. On return, a one hour wait after calling for the car to be delivered. Awful.

Please do not book with them.

United Kingdom | 22 November 2019lucky to get 1 start, i wish i could put minus stars. do not entrust this company with your car. mine came back with 3 flat tires - i only noticed because the car was so hard to drive but their driver happily drove it to the airport and didn't mention the fact, and 2 damaged windscreen wipers. they quote their t and c's saying they can't help you with the third party provider they use which have even worse reviews than this bunch of charlatans. i virtually never post but felt obliged this time to prevent other people's cars getting trashed. looking at legal action through my home insurance avoid, avoid, avoid. top tip - AVOID

Terrible won’t use them again. Oh and the carpark must be miles away as there was 44 extra miles on the clock !

Only one screenshot from their mobile to proof that they are "official". No receipt, nothing and they ate the sweets in my car. AVOID!!!!!

United Kingdom | 01 November 2019Avoid at all costs! I've used numerous cheap airport parking and never had any issues until now! I stupidly didn't check reviews thoroughly before booking! Extremely unprofessional service, no ID or paperwork on drop off then on pick up had to wait 30mins, car had mouldy food in stinking car out and mileage used. Didn't even stick around for us to check for damage etc, very rude! DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE COWBOYS!!

They scribbled on the car inspection sheet when there wasnt ANY scratches on my car the guy doesn't even speak english who was giving me direction. The directions were poor on the instructions and incorrect I really wish I would have read some of these reviews.

United Kingdom | 23 October 2019Booked WIZPARK through Mobit Supposed to be meet and greet Waiting 25 minutes for a dirty car to be returned with no checks etc. Numerous reviews about this cowboy outfit - people waiting, dirty and damaged cars, extra miles/fuel used, parking tickets etc They are a cowboy company which trades under different names Your vehicle is not safe with them No response from WizPark at all Mobit say in their terms and conditions they are not responsible so won’t help Then take this cowboy outfit off your site!!!!

United Kingdom | 23 October 2019Waited 50 mins for return of car which they had parked under a tree. It was covered in bird poo. It is £4.50 to get out of Manchester car park despite their information saying £4.00. I was lied to that the driver was on their way. Truly appalling service. Avoid.

I had no problem at drop-off which was quite early in the morning (around 6 am) but at the time of picking up I had to wait nearly an hour despite calling them right after landing at Heathrow T5! More frustratingly I received my car with a parking damage on the rear bumper which looks like they reverse parked my car next to a bollard or a wall. I showed it to the driver who was dropping off my car, emailed Mobit Parking the very next day along with pic of the damage. All I received was an copy of an email from them to their service provider Wiz Parking to investigate and nothing further. Luckily for me the damage is very small. But I will not use them ever again. Watch-out for the following small-prints: - they don't provide the parking service themselves but use other providers such as Wiz parking (which was the case for myself) - any damage is limited to the amount you are paying for the parking, no more. For example, if your car sustains a £200 damage but you paid £50 for the parking, you stand to receive (if only!) only £50 max.
