United Kingdom | 07 January 2020I have never known such a poor service than this firm. I phoned as stated 30 mins before arrival at Heathrow and waited, and waited, and waited. After 40 mins my phone rang and was told he was their to collect my car but wasn't. After 7 more calls later and getting a negotiator, he said he was at the wrong collection point. Half hour later he turned up! (luckily we didn't miss our flight) Oh, on top of that, we had to pay £4.60 for him to get out of the car park!! it wasn't worth arguing as we were re-leaved to go and check-in.... Well.....on return......we phoned half an hour before as per instructions when collecting luggage...and the line was engaged?? Between myself and my wife we tried a total of 97 times (yes 97, it got to the stage as to report my car stolen to the police!) We finally got an answer only for him to hang-up. by this time my wife was hysterical....We got through for him to say he will phone 5 mins before it gets to us. 1 and a half hours later after spend near on an hour trying to get through and lies saying there was a major accident (rubbish, we asked a cab driver) I received a call saying he will be 10 mins. 10 mins later a driver got out of our car saying he was a temp driver (English) and was called 15 mins ago to bring the car to us and apologized. He went on to say one family had to wait near on 6 hours for their car to be collected and was truly ashamed and said never to use them again! Believe me WE WONT ever again......................what a shambles firm..........

United Kingdom | 05 January 2020This is the cheapest transport available, parking is about 15 minutes from T5, the drop-off is in a multi-story shopping centre which was a bit tight getting my Jag around, but was pretty hassle free, the pickup location was in a different location which i wasn't expecting, but not really an issue, just wasn't expecting it.

Frustratingly, the information on the print out with directions where to drop the car were incorrect and we were supposed to just drive to the 'drop off' point at Heathrow. The man on the other end of the phone was difficult to understand and once we realised where they wanted us we then had to pay to exit the car park! Waited 20-25 mins on our return for car to come and with tired children in the middle of the night wasn't Great!

Another 30mins I will not be using this company ever again totally unreliable Also the guy on the phone literally told me he is very busy at the moment so I should just keep waiting outside in the cold until I get a call

United Kingdom | 02 January 2020Late picking up the car, be aware they are not 24hrs they only open until 11:30pm so double check if you have a late flight we nearly missed them. When booking initially this was not advised. Other than that they were ok.

The mobile I was given to call was, Was locked and left in the office overnight I had no way of contacting them to let them know I was en route and we were sitting waiting at the airport for half an hour, it was lucky we were early otherwise we would’ve possibly missed a flight

The people are polite though with many services there are things that are hidden in the small print. During my cars stay at the parking facility it had incurred a crack in the windscreen. Having only just been MOT'd there is no advisory for this defect and the crack is right in front of the driver. Cold weather maybe. I don't think so, yet as noted small print makes you responsible. Will I use again. Not sure as its costing me the price of a new screen that is twice the cost of airside parking!

United Kingdom | 31 December 2019I would recommend you DO NOT use Mobit airport parking services. We had an horrendous experience arriving at Manchester airport in the early hours of Sunday morning 29th Dec 2019. Even phoning ahead as instructed, our car took 3 hours to arrive I couldn't get through to them. They either didn't answer, cut me off or spoke words that were compete and utter rubbish. When the car arrived it was covered in bird muck, my washer fluid was empty, my chamois leather was missing and the foot well was full of mud. Even dropping the car off was not right. You hand your car to a person with no credentials, who could be stealing it for all you know! Its really not worth the risk using these people. I'll not be using them again, ever and recommend you don't either.

United Kingdom | 30 December 2019The price paid was a good one but I guess you get what you pay for which was a poor experience. We called ahead in advance of arriving at the terminal as per the process and were informed the driver will meet us at the dropoff in 30 minutes. We got there, waited a little while called the contact number and was told to wait a further 30 minutes with the explanation for the delay being a mixture of limited number of drivers and traffic in the area. After 25 minutes I contacted them again and was told to wait a further 15 minutes. Eventually after waiting for around 50 minutes the driver (who was courteous) arrived and off we went. On arrival a similar tale of waiting but with a twist: the voicemail box was full when we called the mobile contact number as per the instructions so couldn't get through initially. With relief we finally managed to talk to the contact. On this occasion we waited only 40 minutes. I wouldn't use this company - impression of a small scale operation clearly run on a shoestring. Save yourself trouble and angst at the terminal and user someone else or get a taxi to the airport!
