I have not received my order 2 weeks after it was placed. It appears to have shipped via UPS on 12/5 but I did not receive it and it has not moved according to tracking. I am hoping customer service can track or replace it since it is a Christmas gift.

.I received my order in a severely damaged box, although the shoes inside were fortunately in good condition. Concerned about the condition of the packaging, I immediately reached out to customer service via email to see if there was a resolution. However, I did not receive any response for 15 days, which was frustrating and disappointing. Since the shoes were intended as a gift and I couldn’t wait any longer, I decided to give them to my friend as is, despite the damaged box. When customer service finally responded, they informed me that they could only assist if I returned the shoes so they could send a replacement pair. By that time, it was far too late, as the shoes had already been given. I understand policies are in place, but the delay in response left me with no other option and no satisfactory resolution. This experience has been frustrating and has made me reconsider future purchases.

Ordering was straightforward & shipment was quick. Nice shoes but the sizing was wrong. the box said US 9 & European 42. But US 9 is a 43. I used to wear a 42 (and an 8.5 US) These felt like 42's. But they did not fit my new need for size 9. Return process was excellent. Unfortunately the next size up was not available, so I was not able to swap...only return. It was still a positive experience, but it left me wondering about shoe sizes in a future purchase.

The address section of your website is horrible. I sent a complaint about it 2 weeks ago under request 643685 and haven't heard from anyone. Below is the message I sent- I love Clarks shoes but I am incredibly frustrated by the ordering experience online. My husband would really really like a pair of your shoes for Christmas. I just tried to order them from your website but couldn't. The address and billing section of your website is horrible and virtually unusable. It will not allow me to enter a non-residential address so I can ship the gift to my office, instead of my home, so my husband doesn't see it. I have done this hundreds of times with every other retailer I purchased from. Then, once your site accepted an incomplete shipping address, it wouldn't allow me to alter it or delete it. Finally, even though there is a box to click to enter a different billing address, it auto populates the shipping address and won't allow me to change it. As a result, the billing address information was wrong so I couldn't place the order. I tried calling Customer Service to place the order. After waiting for 40 minutes for an agent to pick up, she tried to update the addresses in your system but couldn't. All she could do was clear everything out (which again, I couldn't do) and change both addresses to my home address so at least the billing would go through. Again, since this is a gift, this is not my preference. After an hour on the phone, she sent me to the secure payment line, which turns out isn't functioning, so I still couldn't place the order. I have had this experience 2-3 times before and, since the items were for me, I just gave up and didn't buy them. I can't be the only person who has made this decision. Your website is causing you to lose business. The agent hoped the credit card processing problems you are having might be resolved tomorrow. Only because my husband likes these shoes, I will try again tomorrow but if it doesn't work, I give up. If your website address entry section is not fixed, sadly I won't be buying your shoes anymore since there are so few Clarks stores anymore and the nearest to me is an hour away.
