I purchased sw from these guys and spent hours trying to get it installed. they remoted into my laptop and they couldnt get the issue resolved. They tried multiple licenses, still nothing. They tried a different version - you guessed it, still didnt work. BUT, as their website says, that they will refund you if they cant get your purchase working, well they didnt, and refuse to refund my purchase. I went to software supply, downloaded the same software in teh same version I tried to buy from msofficestore and without a hitch it all went seemlessly. I told them several times it wasnt my computer, but that their licenses dont work. they would accept that feedback Bottom line, these guys are greasy. they dont know what they are doing and will waste both your time and your money. STAY CLEAR!!!!!

Ordered Microsoft office 2019 for my ten yr old laptop I just upgraded to Windows 10 and was very pleased with the ease of download and installation plus the price was more than reasonable.
