Part of the reason I purchased my software from MS Office Store was the assurance that someone would be there to help me if I ran into trouble… I did and within seconds of asking for help Drake sent the instructions and screen shots (that were perfect and clear) to help me. I wouldn’t have been able to figure this out on my own so I say 'thank you Drake' you’ve earned my 5 stars!

I stressed for about a month until I found the MSOfficestore and purchased Windows 10 at a price that can't be matched. I feel confident that my computer was hacked by a virus but nothing I did in my limited knowledge worked. After purchasing the software at an affordable price, I reinstalled Windows like a PC pro. Bought Windows 10 to upgrade from Windows 7 had issues downloading the upgrade. Charles remote accessed laptop and did a first class job changing some settings to enable download. Stayed online throughout the process. Very good service.😀

Sunday evening I purchased Window10 Home OS - but was not able to follow the prompts properly, and became frustrated, was wondering if I purchased a fake product and was considering returning the product. On, Monday I decided to click on the support link for help. Jason was my sales and now my support service guy. I gave him the approval to access my computer and he was able to complete the Windows 10 download faster and without any hiccups and problems. Found a great deal there (almost too good to be true) and was extremely sceptical of making the purchase. After the purchase the license key didn't work and I was sure I got scammed, but the Support team was unbelievably helpful. Special shout out to Alex, who remote connected to my PC and did everything in his power to make sure things were up and running. 10/10 would use again and recommend to family and friends!

I recently bought a Windows 10 product key from MSoffice store. The product was good value for money and when I encountered problems the help files the company provided and the technicians available on their live chat function (I spoke to Charles) were both helpful and my issues were resolved quickly.

The product downloaded and the support was gratefully received. The only problems that could not be solved was I lost sound which is important when playing games, I kept losing my internet connection which didnt happen on windows 7, My computer start up was painfully slow and loading any web pages was also slow all of which has rectified on reverting back to windows 7. I requested a refund as it was not workable but was informed that because I was able to load it and use the key they were unable to refund. The only thing is as I have said, it was not fit for purpose and I was very disappointed and will not buy anything else from them
