I would give 6 stars if I can. I bought a license of MS office pro 2019 and installed on my old PC which recently broke so badly I could not start Windows properly, let alone deactivate and uninstall Office. So I was just trying to reinstall office on a new PC and to attempt reactivating Office. Because of the license was still active on the old machine, I could not reactivate the copy on the new one. I called Microsoft support, they unfortunately were unable to overwrite the old license and advised me to contact the vendor. Alex, the tech guru, patiently guided me through different solutions and explained my special circumstance to the manager. My Office is now activated again with a replacement key. Thanks very much!

Having paid the required fee for the office softwarethe link was sent out immediately with the appropriate licence key attatched as stated. This was a very simple installation following the instructions provided. A few days later Drake sent an email offering assistance if required, this was unnecessary but nice to see.

I needed a Windows 10 Pro license for a VMWARE Guest machine, I purchased the retail version from MS Office Store. I had no problems installing or activating the license. So when I helped my grandson build a computer, I purchased another retail license. Again, no problems. A few days later, I get an email from Charles asking if i need help with installation or activation. -- Great customer service -- He reached out to me!

Started chat with Drake. Asked a few questions about any consequences of what I wanted to do, like would it mess up current Microsoft Office installation. Went ahead with purchase. Laptop did the upgrade very quickly but then froze at the login stage. Left it for about 40 minutes, no joy. Drake suggested repowering the laptop. Bingo! All now is fine. I felt I was treated as a valued customer with respect even though the final solution was simple.

Unlike other suppliers who send you a product key "in the post" after some days, the key from MS Office Store was available immediately, along with offers for technical support if there were any problems. The key worked straight away no problem at all. And the next day they emailed to ask if everything was OK. Very good company to deal with
