Czech Republic | 05 May 2022Dobrý deň. Ráno som opäť riešil problém s Enhanced sesion a problém sa mi podarilo vyriešiť. Momentálne všetko zatiaľ pracuje tak ako má. Problém nebol v nastavení Enhanced sesion ani v nastavení virtuálnej mašiny pod Hyper-V ale problém bol niekde úplne inde. V konte Microsoft v zariadeniach bola duplicitne zdvojené zariadenie Masina2 + Masina2. Z predchádzajúcej nesprávnej inštalácie a to vadilo prihlásiť sa pri Hyper-V / Masina2/ Enhanced sesion/ Windows 11 Pro Login to OS. Bolo treba vyriešiť odstránenie oboch Masina2+ Masina2 v konte microsoft a následne otvorenie masina2 pod Hyper-V a zmena product key na ten istý product key následná asociácia s kontom email***@outlook.com. A problém je vyriešený. V súčastnosti je Masina2 pod Hyper-V plne aktivovaná a zviazaná s kontom Microsoft a v konte microsoft je len raz uvedené aktivované zariadenie Masina2. A pri pripojení Enhanced sesion Masina2 pod Hyper-V správne zobrazuje prihlasovaciu obrazovku aj s možnosťou Login email***@outlook.com *pass. Chcem sa vám poďakovať za pomoc a oznámiť vám moje riešenie pre prípad že by aj iní vaši zákazníci mali ten istý problém s Enhanced sesion pod Hyper-V , tak aby ste im mohli tlmočiť aj moje riešenie ak sa dostanú do podobnej situácie. Dakujem Tímu podpory MS Office Store.uk že ma správne inštruoval pri riešení vzniknutého problému s inštaláciou Windows11 Pro, a to aj v nočných hodinách pohotovo zareagoval a morálne ma podporil a podporil ma aj odbornými radami ako mám postupovať. Ešte raz ďakuje Tímu podpory Ms office store.uk Prajem príjemný deň!

I was assigned to Charles for assistance and he: was very professional and seemed to have a good working knowledge of how to solve my problem. Patiently guided me through the necessary steps to perform the update. and in a short time the upgrade was installed and working properly. If I have problems with a Microsoft program In the future I would sure like to have Charles help me again. I

I experienced an issue downloading a copy of Win11Pro for a fresh install onto a new PC, whereby the Win Installation Assistant wouldn't download the 2nd copy from a PC already running Win11Pro. Despite being late into the evening, Alex recognised the issue and provided an alternative download link which worked perfectly. Great service!
