I had to replace the hard drive in my old laptop and since there was no backup of my OS and the laptop was out of warranty I purchased a new hard drive and had to look for an affordable operating system. I purchased Windows 11 Pro from MS Office Store this morning to run as a virtual machine on a MacBook Air. I’m pretty sure I got something wrong somewhere as when I checked it was the Home edition. The MS Office Store is the BEST! I upgraded our MS Office to the 2021 Professional Pro Plus. I manage a 450 property Home Owners Association in Cabo San Lucas, México. We have switched all of our computers over to Apple MAC's. We run Parallels 17 to allow us access to Windows programs that do not run on an Apple OS. Drake was amazing in helping correct the installation error on my laptop. With this problem lasting a good 3hrs he finally resolved the issue.

I had 3 people helping for a total of 5 hours. I'm not great with computers to say the least. I can't thank the team for all of their patience and help. Especially thankful for drake who topped it off with the finish. Reformatting left and right, creating drives one after another. Learning about these partitions etc it felt never ending. Even after my pc restarted into bios mode it didn't take long for them to email me to make sure I was doing OK as stressed out as I was. I can't thank this team enough for everything they've done and getting the job done. If you ever need help these are the people to go to no doubt.
